ویژگی‌های فیزیکی، مکانیکی و نوری خمیر کاغذ کرافت رنگ بری نشده اکالیپتوس میکروتکا (Eucalyptus microtheca) ایرانشهر

چکیده

از گونه اکالیپتوس میکروتکا (Eucalyptus microtecha) منطقه ایرانشهر (استان سیستان و بلوچستان) خمیر کاغذ کرافت رنگ‌بری نشده تهیه و ویژگی‌های فیزیکی، مکانیکی و نوری آنها شامل وزن پایه، ضخامت، دانسیته، حجیمی، مقاومت کششی، مقاومت به پاره شدن، مقاومت به ترکیدن، درجه روشنی و ماتی اندازه‌گیری شد. برای تعیین بهترین تیمار آزمایشی از نظر مجموع ویژگی‌های مکانیکی و نوری کاغذهای دست‌ساز از روش امتیازدهی بر اساس محاسبه معادله نرمال‌سازی استفاده شد. ویژگی‌های مکانیکی و نوری خمیر کاغذ کرافت حاصل از بهترین تیمار آزمایشی به‌شرح زیر تعیین گردید: شاخص مقاومت کششی Nm/g 5/40، شاخص مقاومت به پاره شدن mNm2/g 68/5، شاخص مقاومت به ترکیدن kPam2/g95/2، درجه روشنی 77/17 درصد ایزو و ماتی 57/98 درصد. نتایج به‌دست آمده نشان می‌دهند که خمیر کاغذ کرافت رنگ بری نشده این گونه در منطقه ایرانشهر از ویژگی‌های مکانیکی و نوری مناسبی برای تولید کاغذ بسته‌‌بندی برخوردار بوده و بنابراین توسعه کشت آن در منطقه یاد شده با هدف تامین بخشی از مواد اولیه سلولزی مورد نیاز صنایع خمیر و کاغذ کشور توصیه می‌شود.

Physical, Mechanical and Optical properties of the Unbleached Kraft Pulp of Eucalyptus microtheca from Iranshahr Region

چکیده [English]

Unbleached kraft pulp of Eucalyptus microtheca from Iranshahr region (Sistan and Baloochestan province) was prepared and its physical, mechanical and optical properties including grammage, thickness, density, bulk, tensile strength, tear strength, burst strength, brightness and opacity, were measured. To determine the best experimental treatment concerning total mechanical and optical properties of handsheets, the scoring method based on the normalization equations was used. The mechanical and optical properties of the best treatment were determined as follow: Tensile index 40.50Nm/g, Tear index 5.68 mNm2/g, Burst index 2.954 kPam2/g, Brightness 17.77 percent ISO and opacity 98.57 percent. The results show that unbleached kraft pulp of Eucalyptus microtheca from Iranshahr has suitable mechanical and optical properties for the production of packaging paper. Thus, development of its plantation in Iranshahr region, with the aim of supplying part of the required cellulosic raw material for local pulp and paper industries, is recommended.
