Due to the importance of this company, dual input- oriented data envelopment analysis models was used to measure its efficiency. <br /><strong>Results:</strong><strong> </strong>The results indicated that this company in some production units (such as: newspaper, white kraft liner and fluting line 1) had a good efficiency score (%100 efficient or score 1). But, according to the input-oriented sample of these models and scale efficiency model (SE), the rest of production units were inefficient. <br /><strong>Conclusion:</strong> Hence, this company must reduce its consumption of finical inputs (similar to efficient units) until it increases its scale efficiency of production units and profitability. <br />.  <strong></strong> <br />  <strong>سابقه و هدف</strong><strong>:</strong> در این تحقیق با توجه به افزایش میزان مصرف و تقاضای انواع فرآورده­های کاغذ و مقوا در ایران و نقشی که شرکت چوب و کاغذ مازندران می‌تواند به‌عنوان قطب فعال عرضه کننده محصولات و فرآورده­های کاغذی داشته باشد، به اندازه­گیری کارایی نسبی و آشکار‌سازی عملکرد خطوط تولیدی این شرکت با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده­ها پرداخته شد.<strong></strong> <br /><strong>مواد و روش‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong> برای انجام تحقیق مزبور، داده­های یک دوره­ی 6 ساله (1384 تا 1389) و برای 6 واحد تولیدی از ترازنامه مالی شرکت مذکور جمع آوری گردیدند. با توجه به اهمیت شرکت مذکور برای ارزیابی عملکرد و ارائه واحدهای الگو از مدل­های ثانویه ورودی محور تحلیل پوششی داده­ها استفاده شد.<strong></strong> <br /><strong>یافته‌ها</strong><strong>:</strong> نتایج نشان داد که این شرکت در برخی از خطوط تولیدی (کاغذ روزنامه، کرافت لاینر سفید و فلوتینگ خط 1) مورد مطالعه دارای کارایی خوبی (100 درصد کارا یا امتیاز 1) بوده است. اما با توجه به الگوی ورودی محور مدل­ها و کارایی مقیاس (SE) سایر خطوط تولیدی ناکارا اعلام گردیدند.<strong></strong> <br /><strong>نتیجه گیری</strong><strong>:</strong> بنابراین شرکت باید میزان مصرف منابع و ورودی های مالی خود را با راهکارهای صحیح مدیریتی تا حد امکان (همانند واحدهای الگو کارا) کاهش دهد تا سبب افزایش کارایی همه واحدها در مقیاس بهینه و در نتیجه سود‌آوری کل شرکت شود.  <strong></strong> <br />  https://jwfst.gau.ac.ir/article_3096_3cadb14d657c79e46366c17f12d13cdd.pdf
