ارزیابی و مدل سازی خطرآفرینی درختان چنار با استفاده از معیارهای تشخیص خطرآفرینی و آنالیز مولفه اصلی
سابقه و هدف: درختان خیابانی با وجود تمام سودمندیهایی که میتوانند داشته باشد هر گونه عیب و نقص به دلیل فرتوتی درخت، کاهش مقاومت درخت به خاطر صنعتی بودن، پرجمعیت بودن و آلودگی آب و هوای شهرهای بزرگ و همچنین خشکسالیهای مکرر ممکن است به بروز خطرهای مالی و جانی منجر شود. بنابراین ضرورت بررسی و شناسایی درختان خطر آفرین فضای سبز شهرهای بزرگ را افزایش داده است. برای این منظور ارزیابی مقدار خطرآفرینی درختان چنار (Plantanus orientalis L.) فضای سبز خیابان عباس آباد شهر اصفهان و مدل پیشبینی خطر سقوط این درختان با استفاده از شبکه عصبی در سال 1397 پرداخته شد. مواد و روشها: در پژوهش حاضر شدت خطرآفرینی درختان چنار در خیابان عباس آباد شهر اصفهان با روش آماربرداری صددرصد با استفاده از متغیرهای کمی و معیارهای تشخیص خطرآفرینی (کیفی یا عیوب) مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. پس از تعیین سهم معیارهای خطرآفرین و درجه اهمیت آنها در 711 اصله درخت چنار، آنالیز تجزیه واریانس یک طرفه بین تعداد درختان در معیارهای مختلف خطرآفرینی صورت گرفت. در مرحله بعد، درختان از نظر معیارهای خطرآفرینی وزندهی شدند. سپس بر مبنای اعداد حاصل از وزندهی بر اساس طبقهبندی تجربی به 5 طبقهی خطرآفرین تقسیم شدند. همچنین به منظور پردازش دادههای متغیرهای کمی، معیارهای تشخیص خطرآفرینی (کیفی یا عیوب) و پارامترهای وزندهی و طبقههای شدت خطرآفرینی از تجزیه و تحلیل مولفههای اصلی و شبکه پرسپترون چند لایهی شبکه عصبی استفاده شد. یافتهها: با توجه به نتایج معیار تشخیص خطرآفرینی درختان چنار، متغیرهای وضعیت و ضعف ساختاری یا ضعف فیزیکی یا انحراف از راستای قائم (61%)، مشکلات ریشه (59%) و زخم روی تنه و ریشه (55%) بیشترین سهم را دربر میگیرند. همچنین نتایج حاصل از آزمون تجزیه واریانس یک طرفه معیارهای تشخیصی خطرآفرینی درختان چنار نشان داد که تعداد درختان بین 4 طبقه فاقد خطر یا سالم، خطر کم، خطر متوسط و خطر زیاد در سطح خطای یک درصد دارای اختلاف معنیدار هستند. نتایج مقایسه میانگین آزمون دانکن نشان داد که طبقه خطر متوسط با طبقات خطر کم و خطر زیاد فاقد اختلاف معنیدار هستند و سایر طبقات با یکدیگر دارای اختلاف معنیدار هستند. نتایج حاصل از آنالیز مولفه اصلی نشان دهنده این است که محور اول و دوم 40/41 درصد از تغییرات کل را در برمیگیرند. پارامترهای وزندهی با زخم روی تنه و ریشه، تماس با خطوط و مشکلات ریشه نسبت به سایر متغیرهای کمی و کیفی همبستگی بالا و مثبت را نشان دادند. به طور کلی دو متغیر مشکلات ریشه و زخم روی تنه و ریشه از مهمترین متغیرهای موثر در تعیین شدت خطرآفرینی درختان چنار در منطقه مورد مطالعه در دو روش معیارهای تشخیصی خطرآفرینی و تجزیه و تحلیل مولفه اصلی هستند. دقت و برازندگی شبکه عصبی با توجه به ضرایب تبیین بالای دادههای آموزشی، اعتبارسنجی، ارزیابی و در نهایت تمامی دادههای شبکه عصبی (927/0، 930/0، 930/0 و 927/0) و حداقل میانگین مربعات خطا (دادههای آموزشی=186/0، ارزیابی=196/0 و اعتبارسنجی=169/0) در پیشبینی طبقات شدت خطرآفرینی درختان چنار خیابان عباس آباد از سطح بسیار مطلوبی برخوردار است و همچنین منطبق بودن خروجی شبکه عصبی و دادههای واقعی برهم دال بر کیفیت مناسب شبکه است.نتیجهگیری: مشکلات ریشه و زخم بیشترین سهم را در خطر آفرینی درختان چنار دارند و براساس طبقهبندی درختان در حال حاضر، در طبقههای خطر بسیار کم و کم قرار داشته ولی در آینده قابلیت تبدیل شدن به درختان خطرناک را دارند. بنابراین در مجموع اقدامات پیشگیرانه و اصلاحی برای درختان با خطر کم و متوسط پیشنهاد میشود. با توجه به کارایی مطلوب شبکه عصبی در طبقهبندی شدت ریسک درختان چنار خطرآفرین در فضای سبز شهری به عنوان یک مدل پیشبینی در ارزیابی احتمال سقوط درختان چنار معرفی نمود.

بررسی برخی صفات کمی و کیفی برگ در گونه ها و هیبریدهای بین گونه ای گردو واقع در کمال شهر کرج
سابقه و هدف: این پژوهش با هدف بررسی و مقایسه صفات مورفولوژیکی برگ گونهها، ژنوتیپها و هیبریدهای بین گونهای درختان گردو موجود در ایستگاه تحقیقاتی کمال شهر کرج، بخش تحقیقات باغبانی موسسه اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر صورت گرفت. خصوصیات ریخــت شناســی جــزو نخســتین و پــرکــاربردتــرین نشانگرهایی هسـتند کـه از دیـر بـاز همـواره مـورد توجـه گیاهشناسان بودهاند که در این میان صفات ریختی بـرگ دارای جایگـــاه ویـــژه ای در رده بنـــدی گیاهـــان اســـت. اهمیت این خصوصیات تا حدی است که میتوان با مطالعه آنها به روند تنوع ژنتیکی در گیاهان کمک شایانی کرد. با استفاده از این نشانگرها میتوان گونهها و حتی کلنهای داخل یک گونه را از هم متمایز کرد. مواد و روشها: ارزیابی خصوصیات برگ هشت ژنوتیپ گردوی سیاه (N1, N2, N3, N4, N5, N6, N7, N8) هفت رقم گردوی ایرانی (دماوند، جمال Ronde de Montignac, Pedro, Hartley, Chandler, Seer, وK72, B21)، پنج ژنوتیپ از هیبریدهای بین گونهای(J. hindsii × J. nigra) و چهار ژنوتیپ از هیبریدهای بین گونهای(J. hindsii × J. regia) و یک ژنوتیپ از گونه J. hindsii با نمونه-گیری در تابستان از برگهایی که رشد کامل رسیده بودند انجام شد. در مجموع 14 صفت شامل 7 صفت کمی (طول و عرض کلی برگ aوb ، عرض برگچه e، طول برگچهf ، طول دمبرگc ، تعداد و شاخص سطح برگ) و 7 صفت کیفی (شکل برگ و برگچه، حاشیه برگ، رنگ برگ و دمبرگ، زمان باز شدن جوانههای برگ، کرک دار بودن، زمان خزان برگ و دوام دمبرگ اصلی) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.یافتهها: نتایج حاکی از وجود تنوع زیاد مورفولوژیکی بین گونه ها و هیبریدهای گردو است. نتایج آماری مؤید آن است که با صفات انتخابی میتوان تا حد زیادی ژنوتیپهای گردو را از یکدیگر تفکیک نمود.نتیجه گیری: بیشترین سطح برگ متعلق به رقم 21B مربوط به گونه گردوی ایرانی با 3/336 سانتیمترمربع و کمترین سطح برگ نیز متعلق به گونه گردوی سیاه ژنوتیپ 8N با سطح برگ2/76 سانتیمترمربع بود. میانگین صفات کمی برگ نمونههای مورد بررسی نشان داد که ارقام گردوی ایرانی دارای بیشترین میانگین طول و عرض برگ و گردوی سیاه نیز دارای کمترین طول و عرض بودند. همچنین میانگین بیشترین عرض و طول برگچه مربوط به گردوی ایرانی و در مقابل هیبرید بین گونهای پارادوکس (J. hindsii x J. regia) نیز دارای کمترین عرض برگچه بود. کمترین طول برگچه نیز برای گونه گردوی سیاه اندازهگیری شد. در میان گونههای مورد بررسی، گردوی ایرانی دارای کمترین تعداد برگچه و برگ گونه J. hindsii بیشترین تعداد برگچه را داشت. ژنوتیپهای گردو با استفاده از تجزیه خوشهای (کلاستر) بر اساس صفات کمی و کیفی برگ مورد بررسی به سه خوشه مجزا تفکیک گردیدند. خوشه اول شامل: شش ژنوتیپ مختلف گردوی سیاه، گونه J. hindsii و هیبریدهای بین گونهای رویال و پارادوکس، خوشه دوم شامل ارقام مربوط به گردوی ایرانی و خوشه سوم دربرگیرنده ژنوتیپ (B21) از گردوی ایرانی بود.

سابقه و هدف: تشریح کمی ساختار جنگل به عنوان مهمترین مولفه در مدیریت اکوسیستم های جنگلی ضرورت دارد. سرخدار (Taxus baccata L.) به عنوان یکی از مهمترین گونههای درختی رویشگاه جنگلی ارسباران در شمال غرب ایران است. هدف این بررسی، تعیین ویژگیهای ساختاری و ترکیب جوامع جنگلی سرخدار در رویشگاههای طبیعی در جنگلهای ارسباران با استفاده از روشهای مبتنی بر نزدیکترین همسایه و نتایج آماربرداری صد در صد در رویشگاههای با وضعیت حفاظتی متفاوت بیان کند. مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش سه رویشگاه کلاله، وایقان و کورن انتخاب و به دو روش صددرصد و نزدیکترین فاصله آماربرداری شدند. در هر رویشگاه یک شبکه آماربرداری به ابعاد 25×25 متر پیاده شده و در محل تقاطع اضلاع شبکه تعداد 56 نقطه نمونهبرداری انتخاب و نزدیکترین درختان سرخدار به مرکز تقاطع بهعنوان درخت شاهد همراه با سه درخت جانبی که در نزدیکترین فاصله از درخت شاهد قرار داشتند با استفاده از روش فاصلهای و بدون پلات اندازهگیری شدند. برای بررسی ساختار از شاخصهای آمیختگی، تمایز قطری و ارتفاعی، شاخص فاصله درختان و شاخص کلارک و ایوانز استفاده شد. یافتهها: میانگین ارتفاع درختان سرخدار در دو رویشگاه کلاله (83/4 متر) و وایقان (1/5 متر) بود و در اشکوب زیرین قرار داشتند. ولی در رویشگاه کورن ارتفاع درختان سرخدار (04/4 متر) با بقیه درختان توده (3/4 متر) اندازه مشابهی داشت. نتایج نشان داد که چهار گونه ممرز (68 درصد)، افرا (8 درصد)، سرخدار (7 درصد) و بلوط سیاه (2/5 درصد) حدود 88 درصد از تراکم درختان موجود در تودهها را تشکیل می داد. در هر سه رویشگاه، سرخدار در پایینترین طبقه قطری (5/7-5/12 سانتیمتر)، بیشترین فراوانی را دارد. میانگین شاخص فاصله بین درختان در رویشگاهای با سابقه حفاظت طولانی مدت و کوتاه مدت به ترتیب برابر با 8/3 و 14/5 متر بود. میانگین شاخص تمایز قطری در رویشگاهای با سابقه حفاظت طولانی مدت و کوتاه مدت به ترتیب برابر با 59/0 و 06/0 برآورد شد. نتایج محاسبات نشان داد که ارزش مینگ لینگ یک در منطقه وایقان 100 درصد بود. البته ارزش یک برای منطقه کلاله حدود 85 درصد را نشان داد. اما در رویشگاه کورن شاخص آمیختگی با ارزش صفر حدود 25 درصد فراوانی داشت. ارزش شاخص کلارک ایوانز نشان داد که در رویشگاه وایقان (29/1) و در دو رویشگاه کلاله (07/1) و کورن (82/0)، این شاخص نزدیک به یک بود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد که پایههای سرخدار تعداد در هکتار و سطح مقطع پایینی نسبت به سایر گونهها در تودههای مورد مطالعه دارند. انجام عملیاتهای جنگلشناسی برای کاهش تعداد در هکتار و سطح مقطع سایر گونهها به تقویت پایههای سرخدار منجر می-شود. با توجه به اینکه سرخدار نور ملایم را میطلبد، کاهش بیش از اندازه تراکم درختان در توده میتواند به سرخدار آسیب بزند. بر اساس نتایج اعمال حفاظت و جلوگیری از آشفتگیهای با منشا انسانی میتواند باعث تسریع بازگشت اکوسیستم به وضعیت مطلوب گردد.

مدل سازی تنوع گونههای درختی در جنگلهای سری گردشی با استفاده از تصاویر GeoEye (مطالعه موردی: سری گردشی ساری)
سابقه و هدف: شناخت ارتباط بین حفظ تنوع زیستی و فرآیندهای اکوسیستم، به عنوان یکی از مباحث اصلی در پژوهشهای بوم شناسی میباشد. جنگلها یکی از منابع طبیعی با ارزش کره زمین میباشد که نقش مهمی در تعادل اکولوژیکی و زندگی جوامع انسانی دارد. تنوع گونه-های درختی یکی از پارامترهای کلیدی به منظور توضیح اکوسیستمهای جنگلی در مدیریت همگام با طبیعت میباشد. مدلسازی و تهیه نقشه تنوع درختی ابزاری مفید برای حفاطت و مدیریت جنگلها میباشد. جنگلهای خزری، از نظر تنوع درختی، غنیترین جنگلهای ایران میباشد که طی سالهای اخیر در معرض تغییرات شدید قرار گرفته است. یکی از مهمترین و به صرفهترین راهها جهت کسب اطلاع از تنوع درختی استفاده از تصاویر ماهوارهای میباشد. هدف از این مطالعه تعیین قابلیت تصاویر GeoEye در پایش تنوع درختی در جنگلهای سری گردشی واقع در استان مازندران میباشد.مواد و روشها: بدین منظور ابتدا با استفاده از آماربرداری زمینی تعداد 150 قطعه نمونه با ابعاد 30 در 30 متر برداشت گردید. سپس شاخص-های شانون – وینر، سیمپسون و عکس سیمپسون در هر قطعه نمونه محاسبه گردید. پیشپردازش و پردازشای لازم همانند تجزیه مولفه اصلی، ساخت شاخصهای گیاهی و آنالیز بافت بر روی تصاویر انجام شد. برای مدلسازی از روشهای درخت طبقهبندی و رگرسیونی، جنگل تصادفی، واریانتهای مختلف نزدیکترین همسایه و کرنلهای مختلف ماشین بردار پشتیبان استفاده شد. از 70 درصد از نمونههای تعلیمی برای مدلسازی استفاده شد. سپس بهترین باندها برای مدلسازی انتخاب گردید. ارزیابی مدلها با استفاده از 30 درصد نمونهها انجام شد. سپس بهترین مدلها برای هر قسمت مشخص گردید.یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد از بین شاخصها تولید شده، باند مادون قرمز و باندهای مصنوعی حاصل از آن، بهعنوان بهترین باند جهت مدلسازی تشخیص داده شد. کرنل RBF از روش ماشین بردار پشتیبان با ضریب تبیین 58 درصد و ریشه میانگین مجذور خطای نسبی 46 درصد برای مدلسازی شاخص تنوع شانون وینر از میان مدلهای فوق دارای بهترین نتیجه بود. همچنین روش جنگل تصادفی با ضریب تبیین 54 و 57 درصد و ریشه میانگین مجذور خطای نسبی حدود 48 و 14 درصد به ترتیب برای روشهای سیمپسون و عکس سیمپسون دارای بهترین نتیجه بود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد دادههای ماهواره GeoEye دارای قابلیت نسبتا مناسبی در برآورد تنوع درختی در جنگلهای سری گردشی میباشد. از مدلهای مورد استفاده روش جنگل تصادفی برای دو حالت و کرنل RBF روش ماشین بردار پشتبان در یک حالت دارای بهترین نتیجه بود. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد از این دادههای میتوان جهت مدیریت، حفاظت و پایش تنوع درختی در جنگلهای شمال کشور استفاده نمود. کلمات کلیدی: تنوع درختی، شاخص شانون وینر، سیمپسون و سری گردشی

بررسی رفتار الکتریکی و آکوستیکی فراورده چندسازه چوبی سبک شده با گرانول پلی استایرن
چکیده:سابقه و هدف: یکی از نگرانیهای اصلی صنایع چوب، تأمین ماده اولیه چوبی میباشد. لذا توجه به مواردی که بخشی از نگرانیهای موجود را از طرق مختلف، مانند کاهش مصرف چوب در تولید فراوردههای چوبی مورد نظر قرار دهد، درخور اهمیت است. سبک سازی فراوردههای چند سازه با استفاده از گرانول پلی استایرن به عنوان یک راهکار برای کاهش مصرف مواد اولیه مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. از خواص مهمی که برای این نوع از فراوردهها در نظر گرفته شده، رفتار آنها در برابر الکتریسیته و خواص آکوستیکی میباشد. این تحقیق در نظر دارد تا خواص دی الکتریک و آکوستیکی فرآورده چندسازه مورد مطالعه را ارزیابی کند.مواد و روش ها: برای ساخت نمونههای آزمونی از میان تیمارها بر اساس مقاومت مکانیکی و خواص فیزیکی، بهینهترین تیمار برای بررسی رفتار الکتریکی و خواص آکوستیکی انتخاب گردید. برای تهیه نمونههای آزمونی سبک شده با پلی استایرن، نمونههای شاهد شماره ۱ و ۲ به ترتیب با دانسیته 7/0 gr/cm3 و 5/0 gr/cm3 آماده شد. دانسیته اول نمونه شاهد به دلیل مقایسه نمونه آزمونی با فراورده چند سازه استاندارد و دانسیته دوم نمونه شاهد به دلیل مقایسه نمونه آزمونی با فراورده چند سازه دارای دانسیته مشابه بدون گرانول پلی استایرن مد نظر قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج آزمون مقاومت الکتریکی نشان دادند، با توجه به همسانی دانسیته بین نمونه آزمونی سبک شده با نمونه شاهد 2 با دانسیته 5/0 gr/cm3 تفاوت معنی داری در نتایج مشاهده نگردید. همچنین بین نمونههای دارای دانسیته 5/0 gr/cm3با نمونه های سنگین تر با دانسیته 7/0 gr/cm3 تفاوت معنی داری در مقاومت الکتریکی وجود نداشت. طبق نتایج بدست آمده، مشاهده شد که وزن مخصوص نمونهها به طور غیرمستقیم بر مقاومت الکتریکی نمونه ها اثرگذار است. در یک دانسیته مشخص، افزودن گرانول پلی استایرن منجر به بهبود مقاومت الکتریکی و خواص آکوستیک نمونه ها شده است.نتیجهگیری: نتایج آزمونها نشان دادند با کاهش دانسیته مقاومت الکتریکی نمونههای آزمونی افزایش و میزان جذب صوت بهبود یافته است. وجود گرانول پلی استایرن در نمونههای آزمونی علاوه براین که خود به عنوان یک عایق قوی عمل می نماید، با اثرگذاری بر رفتار نمونه ها احتمالاً منجر به افزایش مقاومت الکتریکی آنها شده است. گرانول پلی استایرن بر خواص آکوستیکی نمونهها نیز به صورت مستقیم اثرگذار بوده است. نتایج حاصل نشان دادند، از تخته های سبک شده با گرانول پلی استایرن می توان در مواردی که نیاز بیشتر به افزایش مقاومت الکتریکی و افزایش خاصیت عایق صوت می باشد با در نظر گرفتن میزان بار مکانیکی مجاز قابل تحمل توسط تخته ها، به صورت موثر استفاده نمود.کلمات کلیدی: فراورده چندسازه چوب؛ سبک سازی؛ مقاومت الکتریکی؛ خواص آکوستیکی، پلی استایرن

مروری بر رئولوژی نانوالیاف سلولزی در کاغذسازی
سابقه و هدف: امروزه کاربرد نانوالیاف سلولزی برای ساخت محصولات مختلف از جمله کاغذ و مقوا، به شدت مورد تحقیق و پژوهش قرار گرفته است. نانوالیاف سلولزی از خمیرکاغذ حاصل از منابع لیگنوسلولزی مختلف و با روشهای متنوعی ساخته میشود. کیفیت این مواد میتواند با روشهای مختلفی مورد ارزیابی قرار گیرد. در این میان، شاخصهای رئولوژی نانوالیاف سلولزی یکی از سادهترین و کمهزینهترین روشها برای پیشبینی عملکرد آنها در صورت استفاده برای ساخت کاغذ و مقوا محسوب میشود. در این مطالعه، به طور مشخص بر روابط بین شاخصهای رئولوژی نانوالیاف سلولزی بر خصوصیات نهایی محصولات کاغذی پرداخته میشود.مواد و روشها: در این مقاله، به دسته بندی مواد از لحاظ علوم رئولوژی پرداخته شد و جایگاه نانوالیاف سلولزی در بین آنها مشخص شد. سپس ضمن معرفی شاخصهای مهم رئولوژی نانوالیاف سلولزی مثل نقطه تسلیم، ضریب میرایی، مدول ذخیره و مدول اتلاف و کرنش بحرانی، با ارائه مواردی از نتایج اندازهگیری شاخصهای رئولوژی نانوالیاف سلولزی ارتباط آنها برای تعیین قابلیت تقویت کنندگی شاخصهای کششی و ترکیدگی محصولات کاغذ و مقوا مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافتهها: مقادیر مدول ذخیره، بهعنوان حساسترین پارامتر در سنجشهای ویسکوالاستیکی، هر چه نسبت به مدول اتلاف بیشتر باشد نشان از قابلیت ویسکوالاستیکی با گرایش الاستیک بیشتر میباشد که در مورد نانوالیاف سلولزی در صورتی که نسبت مقدار مدول ذخیره حدود 4 برابر مدول اتلاف در غلظتهای یکسان برسد دلالت بر ویسکوالاستیک بودن ماده با میزان الاستیسیته قابل توجه است. در صورتی که مقدار ضریب میرائی برای ژل نانوالیاف سلولزی کمتر از 3/0 بدست آید نشاندهنده کشسان بودن زیاد این ژلها با اجزایی در مقیاس نانومتر میباشد که این خصوصیات دلالت بر وجود ساختار درهم فرورفته شبکهای نانوالیاف سلولزی و در نتیجه قابلیت تقویتی بیشتر برای کاربردهای مختلف از جمله تقویت استحکام کاغذ و مقوا است. کرنش بحرانی در مورد رفتار رئولوژی نانوالیاف سلولزی، تقریبا مستقل از درصد خشکی آن ظاهر میشود که دلالت بر پایداری خصوصیات ویسکوالاستیکی این ژلها است. ژلهای نانوالیاف تولیدی غلیظ و رقیقشده دارای رابطه نمایی با توان 3 با درصد خشکی میباشند. رابطه نمایی با توان 3 بین مدول و درصد خشکی، بهعنوان یکی از معیارهای دستیابی به ژل نانوالیاف سلولزی در مقیاس نانومتری میباشد.نتیجه گیری: در مجموع ژل نانوالیاف سلولزی جز سیالهای ویسکوالاستیک و تیسکوتروپیک محسوب میشود که در استفاده برای تولید کاغذ و مقوا هر میزان شاخصهای الاستیک بیشتری داشته باشد نشان دهنده نانوالیاف با ضریب لاغری بیشتری است که میتواند نقش بهتری برای بهبود خواص استحکامی محصولات کاغذ و مقوا ایفاء کند. بنابراین هنگام تولید برای پیشبینی دستیابی به ژل نانوالیاف سلولزی در مقیاس نانو، میتوان از ارزیابی ارزان قیمت تعیین شاخصهای رئولوژی نانوالیاف سلولزی به جای تهیه تصاویر الکترونی گران قیمت استفاده نمود و حتی در قیاس دو نوع نانوالیاف سلولزی، با ارزیابی خواص رئولوژی آنها عملکردشان را برای تقویت کاغذ و مقوا پیش بینی نمود.

استخراج کایتوزان با خلوص و درجه استیل زدایی بالا از پوسته میگو
سابقه و هدف: کیتین و کایتوزان به عنوان فراوانترین آمینوپلیساکاریدها در طبیعت، دارای خصوصیاتی از جمله زیستسازگاری، میزان سمیت پایین، زیست تخریب پذیری هستند. این خصوصیات منحصر به فرد، موجب شد تا کیتین و کایتوزان توجه زیادی را به دلیل پتانسیل بالا، جهت تولید محصولات با ارزش، به سمت خود جلب کند. کایتوزان، دارای کاربردهای زیادی در صنعت کشاورزی و حفاظت چوب از قبیل آفتکشها و حشرهکشها دارد و همینطور در زیستپزشکی دارای کاربرد متعددی از جمله استفاده در صنعت داروسازی به عنوان رهایش دارویی میباشد، همچنین میتواند به شکل حاملهای دارویی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد . هدف از این مقاله استخراج کایتوزان بسیار خالص با درجه استیلزدایی بالا از پوسته میگو است.مواد و روش: در مطالعه حاضر، استخراج و بررسی ویژگیهای کایتوزان از پوسته میگو پرورشی (Litopenaeus vannamei) بررسی شد. بدین منظور کایتوزان با استفاده از روش شیمیایی شامل معدنیزدایی ( با غلظتHCl 4 درصد)، پروتئینزدایی (با غلظت NaOH 4 درصد) و استیلزدایی (با غلظت NaOH 60 درصد) استخراج شد. همچنین، نانو کیتوزان با روش ژلاتین یونی تهیه شد. یکسری پارامترها مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند که شامل درجه استیلزدایی، وزن مولکولی، pH و حلالیت بودند. همچنین آزمون طیف سنجی FTIR، میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدانی FESEM))، پتانسیل زتا، طیف سنجی پراش انرژی پرتو ایکس (EDX) و پراش پرتو ایکس (XRD) استفاده شدند.یافتهها: نتایج آزمون FTIR روی کیتین و کایتوزان استخراج شده از پوسته میگو نشان داد، حذف مواد پروتئینی، معدنی با به کارگیری هیپدروکلریکاسید، سدیمهیدروکسید مناسب بوده است. درجه بالای استیلزدایی کایتوزان در این مطالعه (87٪) تاثیر معنیداری بر حلالیت مناسب و ویسکوزیته پایین کایتوزان داشت. حلالیت کایتوزان در اسیداستیک 86 درصد بدست آمد. وزن مولکولی کایتوزان استخراج شده 110 کیلو دالتون میباشد. کایتوزان با این وزن مولکولی میتواند در صنعت داروسازی کاربرد مطلوبی داشته باشد. با توجه به الگوهای XRD کایتوزان در مطالعات قبلی، پیکهای بدستآمده در الگوهای XRD در این پژوهش ساختار نیمه کریستالی کایتوزان را تایید میکند. با توجه به تغییر سطح کایتوزان که در تصاویر FESEM مشاهده شده بود میتواند به دلیل خالصسازی کایتوزان باشد. آزمون FESEM نشان داد قطر نانوکایتوزان 100 تا 150 نانومتر است.نتیجهگیری: از نتایج این تحقیق میتوان دریافت که با استفاده از روش استخراج کایتوزان در این تحقیق، کایتوزان با خلوص بالا و با درجه استیلزدایی بالا میتواند بدست آید. با افزایش درجهی استیلزدایی، حلالیت کایتوزان افزایش یافته و همچنین این درجه استیلزدایی در بهبود وزن مولکولی (وزن مولکولی کم) تاثیر زیادی داشته است. در نتیجه بررسی نقش انحلالپذیری کایتوزان در مجاورت استیکاسید، این مسئله روشن میشود که انحلالپذیری کایتوزان و همچنین اندازه ذرات نانو کایتوزان به pH محلول بستگی دارد. کایتوزان تولید شده را میتوان به طور گستردهای در صنایع دارویی مورد استفاده قرار داد.

حذف روغن و حلال آلی از محیط آبی با استفاده از آیروژل سلولزی تهیه شده از کاه برنج
چکیده سابقه و هدف: پسماندهای زیستی نظیر لیگنوسلولزها به دلیل قابلیت تجدید پذیری، زیست تخریب پذیری و هزینه کم برای پالایش و پاکسازی آب آلوده بسیار مورد توجه هستند. تولید جاذب هایی با ظرفیت جذبِ قابل توجه به عنوان راهکاری نوین در حذف آلودگی های آبی، امری ضروری است. آیروژل های سلولزی به دلیل خواص ویژه خود نظیر دانسیته کم، مساحت سطح ویژه و تخلخل زیاد، از عملکرد و کارایی خوبی به عنوان جاذب برخوردارند. این مواد از حیث فراوانی در طبیعت، سادگی فرایند تولید و ارزش اقتصادی بالا جایگاه ویژه ای دارند. این مقاله به ارزیابی کارایی آیروژل سلولزی آبگریز استخراج شده از کاه برنج در حذف حلال های آلی غیر قابل امتزاج در آب می پردازد. مواد و روش ها: کاه برنج، پس از شستشو و خشک شدن، آسیاب و واکس موجود در آن با استفاده از فرایند سوکسوله حاوی ترکیب تولوئن/ اتانول خارج می شود. جداسازی لیگنین با محلول کلریت سدیم در محیط اسیدی انجام و سپس، نمونه خشک با محلول هیدورکسید پتاسیم ترکیب شده تا همی سلولز و سیلیکا از الیاف خارج گردد. سوسپانسیون با همگن ساز دور زیاد مدل وایز تیز به مدت 2 ساعت و دور rpm 20000 تحت تلاطم مکانیکی شدید فیبرزدایی می شود و سپس تحت دستگاه فراصوت با شدت زیاد مدل کیونیکا با بسامد kHz 20 قرار می گیرد. جهت تولید آیروژل سلولزی، سوسپانسیون های فیبرهای سلولزی حاوی پیوند دهنده عرضی در غلظت های مختلف وزنی (wt% 1-2/0)، تهیه می شود. سوسپانسیون های حاصل پس از انجام مرحله پیش انجماد، به مدت 48 ساعت در داخل خشک کن انجمادی °C 50- مدل کریست فریز درایر-آلفا به مدت یک شبانه روز خشک می گردد. به منظور ایجاد پوشش آبگریز بر روی سطح سلولز از ماده تری متوکسی سیلان با استفاده از روش رسوب بخار شیمیایی (CVD) استفاده گردید. تاثیر این روش در تولید آیروژل های آبگریز با استفاده از تکنیک زاویه تماس آب مورد مطالعه قرار گرفت. همچنین ظرفیت جذب آب، دانسیته و تخلخل، ساختار و مورفولوژی آیروژل های سلولزی مطالعه شد. در پایان نیز کاربرد آیروژل های سلولزی آبگریز تهیه شده در پاکسازی و تصفیه آب آلوده به انواع حلال های آلی و روغن ها مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفت.یافته ها: در فرایند پیش انجماد استفاده از نیتروژن مایع سبب انجماد بسیار سریع هیدروژل های میکرو/ نانو فیبرهای سلولزی گردیده، درنتیجه ساختار شبکه ای آیروژل که متشکل از الیاف بسیار ظریف می باشد، به خوبی حفظ می شود. افزودن پیوند دهنده عرضی پلی آمید اپی کلرو هیدرین رزین سبب بهبود استحکام و پایداری ساختار آیروژل سلولزی در حالت تر می شود. با افزایش غلظت فیبرهای سلولزی، دانسیته آیروژل سلولزی افزایش و به طور همزمان تخلخل آن کاهش می یابد. تصاویر میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی از سطح مقطع آیروژل های سلولزی نشان دهنده ساختار متخلخل با حفراتی در ابعاد یک تا چند صد میکرومتر است که در آیروژل به صورت همگن و در تمام جهات توزیع یافته اند. نتایج بررسی زاویه تماس نمونه آبگریز شده نشان دهنده متوسط مقدار° 7/151 است که دارای قابلیت جذب بسیار مطلوبی برای انواع روغن (روغن پمپ، نفت خام، روغن دیزل و پارافین) و حلال های آلی (تولوئن، استون، دی متیل فرمامید، و کلروفرم) می باشد.نتیجه گیری: آیروژل های سلولزی آبگریز، به دلیل دانسیته بسیار کم و تخلخل زیاد از قابلیت جذب مطلوب انواع حلال های آلی و روغن ها با ظرفیت جذب g.g-1 130-69 برخوردار می باشد. این آیروژل ها می توانند جاذب مناسبی برای جداسازی آلاینده های آلی از آب باشد. واژه های کلیدی : کاه برنج، پیوند دهنده عرضی، آیروژل سلولزی، آبگریزی، ماده جاذب
