تاثیر اکسینهای IBA، NAA و 2, 4- D بر تولید و رشد کالوس در گونه سرخدار (Taxus baccata L.) در شرایط درون شیشهای
سابقه و هدف: سرخدار یکی از با ارزشترین گونه­های سوزنی­برگ جنگل­های شمال ایران است که گونه­ای سایه­پسند بوده و از آستارا تا علی­آباد کتول استان گلستان پراکنش دارد. این گونه ضمن داشتن ارزش فراوان از نظر ذخایر ژنتیکی، جنگلشناسی و اکولوژیکی، در صنعت دارویی نیز جایگاه ویژه­ای دارد. از آنجائیکه کالوس به عنوان ماده اولیه برای کشت­های سلولی و تولید متابولیت­های ثانویه و نیز تولید گیاهچه به روش غیرمستقیم ضروری می­باشد، لذا به منظور پیشنهاد ریزنمونه مناسب و غلظت معینی از تنظیم­کننده­های رشد جهت تولید کالوس، تأثیر اکسین­های ایندول بوتریک اسید (IBA)، نفالین استیک اسید (NAA) و 2و 4 دی­کلروفنوکسی استیک اسید (2, 4- D) بر میزان تولید و رشد کالوس سرخدار در شرایط درون شیشه­ای مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روش­ها: در این پژوهش از قسمت­های مختلف درخت نظیر برگ، ساقه­های جوان و جوانه­های رویشی ریز نمونه­هایی به طول 5/1 سانتی­متر تهیه شد. برای سترون­سازی ریزنمونه­ها از روش­های مختلفی استفاده شد. ریزنمونه­ها پس از سترون­سازی در محیط کشت موراشیگ و اسکوگ (MS) کشت شدند. جهت القاء کالوس از هورمون­های IBA، NAA و 2,4- D در چهار سطوح 0، 3/0، 3 و 6 میلی­گرم در لیتر استفاده شد. به منظور جلوگیری از تجزیه اکسین­ها و جذب بهتر آنها توسط بافت ریزنمونه، کلیه ریزنمونه­ها به مدت یک هفته در شرایط تاریکی نگه داشته شدند. برای هر یک از ریزنمونه­های ساقه، برگ و جوانه منحنی رشد کالوس ترسیم گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها توسط آزمون تجزیه واریانس و آزمون دانکن انجام شد. یافته­ها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که بهترین روش برای سترون­سازی ریزنمونه­ها استفاده از اتانول 70 درصد (1 دقیقه) و کلرید جیوه 2/0 درصد و کلرور کلسیم 2/0 درصد (1 دقیقه) می­باشد. بیشترین درصد قهوه­ای شدن به ریزنمونه­های جوانه در غلظت 6 میلی­گرم در لیتر NAA تعلق داشت. ریزنمونه­های برگ از نظر پدیده قهوه­ای شدن از وضعیت بهتری برخوردار بودند، بطوریکه در غلظت­های مختلف IBA و 2, 4- D هیچگونه آثار قهوه­ای شدن مشاهده نشد. بیشترین وزن تر و خشک کالوس به ریزنمونه­های ساقه و جوانه تعلق داشت که به ترتیب تحت تیمار هورمون­های 2, 4- D و NAA با غلظت 3 میلی­گرم در لیتر بودند. ضمن­اینکه کالوس­های تولید شده دارای بافت و رنگ متفاوتی بودند. بیشتر ریزنمونه­های جوانه در غلظت 3/0 میلی­گرم در لیتر NAA وضعیت طبیعی خود را حفظ کرده ولی عمده جوانه­ها در غلظت 6 میلی­گرم در لیتر IBA و 2, 4- D به کالوس تبدیل شدند. منحنی­های رشد کالوس در ریزنمونه­ های مختلف نشان دادند که شروع کالوس­دهی و رشد آن دارای سرعت نسبتاً پائینی است. نتیجه ­گیری: درصورتیکه هدف، تولید کالوس از ریزنمونه­های ساقه و برگ سرخدار باشد،2, 4- D با غلظت 3 میلی­گرم در لیتر، و برای تولید کالوس از جوانه انتهایی غلظت 3 میلی­گرم در لیتر NAA و چنانچه تولید گیاهچه از جوانه­های سرخدار مد نظر باشد غلظت 3/0 میلی­گرم NAA به عنوان پروتکل­هایی مناسب، پیشنهاد می­گردند.

همزیستی قارچهای میکوریز اربوسکولار با درختان پده (.Populus euphratica Oliv) در جنگلهای کنار رودخانهای و ارتباط آن با خصوصیات فیزیکوشیمیایی خاک
سابقه و هدف: جنگلهای کنار رودخانهای یکی از اکوسیستمهای جنگلی منحصر به فردی است که اطلاعات کمی در رابطه با آنها وجود دارد. این جنگلها که نقش مهمی در اکوسیستم رودخانه دارند امروزه در معرض خطر نابودی قرار گرفتهاند. یکی از شایعترین گونههای موجود در این جنگلها، گونه پده (Populus euphratica) میباشد. این گونه در حاشیه رودخانهها پراکنش داشته و بومی مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک است. با توجه به اینکه اطلاعات چندانی در رابطه با وضعیت همزیستی قارچهای میکوریز با درختان پده در کشور در دست نیست در این مطالعه همزیستی قارچهای میکوریز آربوسکولار با پده مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و اثر دوری و نزدیکی به رودخانه در آغشتگی، اسپورزایی این قارچها ارزیابی شده است. همچنین به منظور تعیین موثرترین متغیرهای خاکی مورد مطالعه با میزان آغشتگی و تراکم اسپور، همبستگی بین این متغیرها تعیین شده است. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه عرض جنگل کنار رودخانه مارون که 400 متر میباشد، به سه منطقه با فاصله 200 متری تقسیم شد. این فاصلهها شامل: حاشیه رودخانه (فاصله 1)، منطقه بینابینی (فاصله 2) و منطقه 3 بودند. در هر کدام از این فاصلهها 10 نمونه از خاک ریزوسفر پده جمع آوری شد. برای هر نمونه نیز ریشههای مویین جمع آوری شد و میزان آغشتگی قارچها و اسپورزایی برای نمونهها مشخص گردید. همچنین خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمیایی خاک مربوط به هرکدام از این نمونهها در فواصل مورد مطالعه نیز محاسبه شد. یافتهها: نتایج این پژوهش مشخص کرد که کمترین میزان آغشتگی ریشه در فاصله دوم (منطقه بینابینی) وجود دارد که دارای اختلاف معنی-داری با دو فاصله دیگر بود. همچنین، اگرچه بین تراکم اسپور در فاصلههای مورد بررسی اختلاف معنی داری مشاهده نشد اما بیشترین تراکم در فاصله سوم مشاهده شد. از بین خصوصیات فیزیکی و شیمایی خاک، میزان فسفر، شن و رس خاک تفاوت معنیداری در مناطق مورد بررسی داشتند ولی دیگر خصوصیات مورد بررسی تفاوت معنی داری را نشان ندادند. همچنین هیچ همبستگی معنی داری بین میزان آغشتگی و اسپورزایی با متغیرهای مورد بررسی مشاهده نشد ولی همبستگی معنی داری بین رس و سیلت با فسفر خاک مشاهده شد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به میزان آغشتگی بالای ریشه و همچنین تراکم اسپور بالا در ریزوسفر پده، میتوان این گونه عنوان نمود که پده دارای همزیستی بالایی با قارچهای میکوریز بوده که میتوان از این همزیستی به عنوان راهکاری برای احیا و توسعه جنگلهای پده استفاده نمود. همچنین فاصله از رودخانه میتواند به عنوان یک عامل موثر در میزان همزیستی قارچهای میکوریز و درختان پده در جنگلهای کناررودخانهای باشد.

منحنی عکس العمل گونه راش نسبت به متغیرهای محیطی با استفاده از مدل جمعی تعمیم یافته در جنگل خیرود، نوشهر
چکیده: سابقه و هدف: یکی از زمینههای مطرح در بومشناسی پوشش گیاهی، تحلیل و درک روابط گونههای گیاهی و عوامل رویشگاهی، مخصوصاً عکسالعمل گونهها به گرادیانهای اکولوژیکی است. از چند دهه گذشته تلاشهای زیادی برای پیوند عملکرد گونههای گیاهی به عوامل محیطی صورت گرفته است. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی منحنی عکسالعمل گونه راش نسبت به متغیرهای محیطی با استفاده از مدل جمعی تعمیمیافته میباشد. مواد و روشها: بدین منظور در جنگل آموزشی و پژوهشی خیرود نوشهر، پس از تهیه نقشه شکل زمین بر اساس ارتفاع از سطح دریا، شیب و جهت جغرافیایی، 114 قطعهنمونه دایرهای شکل به مساحت 10 آر در تیپهای راش انتخاب و در مرحله بعد محل این نقاط در طبیعت با مختصات مربوطه با استفاده از سامانه مکانیاب جهانی مشخص گردید. بعد از پیاده نمودن قطعات نمونه، ارتفاع 5 اصله از قطورترین درختان در هر قطعهنمونه اندازهگیری و میانگین آنها بهعنوان ارتفاع غالب در نظر گرفته شد. ارتفاع از سطح دریا، آزیموت و درصد شیب قطعات نمونه، اندازهگیری و ثبت شد. همچنین در مرکز هر قطعهنمونه، از عمق 0-10 سانتیمتری نمونهبرداری خاک صورت گرفت. پارامترهای بافت خاک، وزن مخصوص ظاهری، pH خاک، درصد رطوبت اشباع، درصد آهک، درصد نیتروژن، درصد کربن و ماده آلی، پتاسیم، کلسیم، منیزیم و فسفر قابلجذب آنالیز شد. در مطالعه حاضر با استفاده از مدل جمعی تعمیمیافته در نرمافزار آماری R و بسته mgcv، منحنی پاسخ گونه راش نسبت به متغیرهای محیطی بهصورت انفرادی و ترکیبی تحلیل شد. با توجه به ماهیت متغیر پاسخ، توزیع گوسی و تابع پیوند همانی برای مدل جمعی تعمیمیافته در نظر گرفته شد. یافتهها: مقایسه منحنیهای پاسخ حاصل از مدل جمعی تعمیمیافته برای متغیرهای تبیینی بهصورت انفرادی و ترکیبی نشان میدهد که اختلافات قابلتوجهی در شکل منحنی پاسخ وجود دارد. همچنین در خصوص معنیداری متغیرهای تبیینی نیز تفاوتهایی وجود دارد. بهکارگیری مدلهای جمعی تعمیمیافته برای هر یک از متغیرهای محیطی بهصورت انفرادی نشان میدهد که متغیرهای ارتفاع از سطح دریا، درصد شیب، تابش خورشیدی، درصد رس، درصد سیلت، درصد شن، درصد نیتروژن، درصد رطوبت اشباع، درصد کربن، درصد ماده آلی، اسیدیته، فسفر و پتاسیم در سطح 05/0 درصد معنیدار میباشند. در صورت در نظر گرفتن همزمان تمامی متغیرهای غیر هم خط، ارتفاع از سطح دریا، تابش خورشیدی، درصد شن، وزن مخصوص ظاهری، درصد نیتروژن، نسبت کربن به نیتروژن، اسیدیته و فسفر متغیرهای مؤثر بر ارتفاع غالب گونه راش در مدل جمعی تعمیمیافته میباشند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر بیان میدارد که چنانچه هدف از مطالعه، تنها بررسی شکل منحنی پاسخ گونه باشد، در نظر گرفتن توأمان متغیرهای تبیینی، توصیف دقیقتری از رفتار گونه نسبت به متغیرهای محیطی ارائه میدهد، اما اگر محقق در نظر داشته باشد علاوه بر شکل منحنی پاسخ، پارامترهایی نظیر مقدار اپتیمم و دامنه اکولوژیک متغیر محیطی را برای یک گونه استخراج نماید، رفتار گونهها نسبت به متغیرها بهصورت انفرادی میتواند گزینه بهتری باشد.

الویتبندی عوامل تخریب رویشگاههای مورد (Myrtus Communis L.) و برآورد هزینه احیاء و بازسازی مساحت آسیب دیده با روش هزینه جایگزین (مورد: شهرستان دوره استان لرستان)
الویتبندی عوامل تخریب رویشگاههای مورد (Myrtus Communis L.) و برآورد هزینه احیاء و بازسازی مساحت آسیب دیده با روش هزینه جایگزین (مورد: شهرستان دوره استان لرستان). سابقه و هدف: برخلاف جنگل های شمال کشور که تولید اصلی آنها چوب است، بارزترین محصول جنگل های غرب کشور محصولات غیرچوبی آنهاست. این محصولات بخش عمدهای از نیازهای مردم زاگرس را تامین میکنند. مردم برای تامین معاش خود با طبیعت انس گرفته و در حد مقدورات خود توانستهاند این محصولات را حفظ کنند و کموبیش در ابداع و نشر روشهای حفظ، توسعه، احیا و بهرهبرداری آنها بکوشند، اما در برخی موارد برخلاف طبیعت حرکت کرده و خواسته یا ناخواسته موجب تخریب آنها میشوند. استان لرستان دارای 2000 گونه گیاهی می باشد و از این تعداد 250 گونه گیاه دارویی است. از جمله این محصولات درختچه مورد میباشد که برگ و میوه و گل آن دارای ارزش دارویی میباشد که در صورت بهرهبرداری صحیح علمی میتوان از این محصول بهره برد. مواد و روشها: مهمترین عوامل موثر در تخریب این گونه از دیدگاه کارشناسان، بهرهبرداران و اهالی بومی از طریق پرسشنامه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در مجموع 66 پرسشنامه از کارشناسان و 244 پرسشنامه از بهرهبرداران و اهالی بومی تکمیل شده و پاسخها پس از استخراج و دسته-بندی با آزمون دوجملهای مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته است. یافتهها: در مجموع 7 عاملی که نقش تاثیرگذاری بر تخریب رویشگاههای مورد داشتند شناسایی شدند که از بین این 7 عامل، ضعف مدیریتی و برداشت توسط شرکت بهرهبردار این گونه با میانگین 76/4 (94درصد افراد) و 42/4 (83درصد افراد) مهمترین عوامل تخریب رویشگاههای مورد شناخته شدند. متاسفانه شیوههای نادرست و نامناسب بهرهبرداری از گونه مورد و بهرهبرداری بیش از ظرفیت این گونه به ویژه در چند سال اخیر موجب بروز خسارات شدیدی به رویشگاههای این گونه شده است بنحوی که در ده سال اخیر نیمی از رویشگاههای این گونه در شهرستان دوره تخریب شده که هزینه احیاء و جایگزین شدن مجدد آنها 1.029.600.000 ریال برآورد گردید. نتیجهگیری: هرچند موقعیت رویشگاههای فعلی مورد بعنوان یک تهدید جدی مطرح شده است، اما اگر این موقعیت با اتخاذ سیاست-های درست و فراهم کردن پشتیبانیهای مالی و مدیریتی لازم برای اجرای موفق و لازم آن بدرستی تدبیر شود، میتوان آنرا به فرصتی بدل کرد که موجب شکوفایی اقتصاد و بهبود شرایط اشتغال استان گردد. این فرصت شامل ترغیب روستائیان جهت کشت مورد با حمایت و پشتیبانیهای مؤثر مالی و همهجانبهی دولت برای ترویج و توسعهی جنگلکاریهای دستکاشت مورد میباشد.

تحلیل الگوی پراکنش و اجتماعپذیری درختان گونههای آندمیک در مراحل تحولی تودههای طبیعی پارک جنگلی نور با استفاده از تابع K رایپلی
سابقه و هدف: تحلیل الگوی مکانی و نحوه اجتماعپذیری بین گونهای درختان در مراحل تحولی تودههای طبیعی مهمترین پیشنیاز لازم برای پروژههای شبیهسازی، احداث و توسعه جنگلها محسوب میشود. از اینرو، در پژوهش حاضر با تحلیل الگوی پراکنش درختان گونههای آندمیک سفیدپلت و انجیلی و رقابت بین آنها در پارک جنگلی جلگهای نور، هدف نهایی دریافت اطلاعات مناسب برای توسعه پایداری، شبیهسازی و اجرای جنگلشناسی همگام با طبیعت در شرایط غیرحفاظتی میباشد. مواد و روش: در منطقه مورد مطالعه مراحل مختلف تحولی تودههای طبیعی شامل مرحله صعود، اوج و تخریب با استفاده از شاخصهای تعریف شده در سطح یک هکتار از یکدیگر تفکیک شده و مختصات درختان گونههای هدف با استفاده از GPS و روابط دکارتی حاصل شدند. برای ترسیم الگوی پراکنش و نحوه رقابت بینگونهای درختان بهترتیب از شاخص تک متغیره و دومتغیره رایپلی استفاده شد. در روش رایپلی برای آزمون معنیدار بودن تفاوت الگوی مشاهده شده با الگوی تصادفی بهعنوان فرض صفر و اثرات متقابل بین گروهها از آزمون مونتکارلو استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج حاصل از آماره تک متغیره رایپلی نشان داد که درختان سفیدپلت در مرحله صعودی در فاصله 14- 9 متری، در مرحله اوج در فواصل بیش از 7 متری و در مرحله تخریب در فواصل 35- 8 متری دارای تراکم کپهای و در بقیه موارد دارای پراکنش تصادفی بودند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که پراکنش درختان انجیلی در مرحله صعودی در تمام فواصل بهصورت تصادفی، در مرحله اوج در فواصل 39- 20 دارای الگوی کپهای و در بقیه فواصل بهطور مختلط تصادفی یا کپهای میباشد. در مرحله تخریب نیز درختان انجیلی فقط در فواصل 32- 6 متری بهطور کامل دارای پراکنش کپهای هستند. در هیچ یک از موارد مذکور الگوی پراکنش منظم از درختان گونههای مذکور مشاهده نشد. نتایج حاصل از آماره دو متغیره رایپلی حاکی از آن است که اگر چه در مراحل مختلف تحولی بین درختان سفیدپلت و انجیلی در برخی فواصل ارتباط مستقل وجود دارد ولی در حداکثر فواصل تعریف شده دارای ارتباط جذب هستند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاکی از آن است که درختان گونههای آندمیک مورد مطالعه در کلیه مراحل تحولی دارای الگوی پراکنش منظم نبودند که تأثیرپذیری پراکنش آنها را در ارتباط با رویدادهای طبیعی را نشان میدهد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که تراکم هر چه بیشتر درختان انجیلی در ارتباط با انبوهی پراکنش درختان سفیدپلت بوده است و نتایج جالب توجه این بود که در کلیه مراحل تحولی در هیچ یک از فواصل موجود رابطه دفع بین درختان گونههای مذکور وجود نداشت.

بررسی قابلیت داده های تصاویر رقومی هوایی UltraCam-D در شناسایی گونههای درختی در جنگل های آمیخته خزری (مطالعه موردی: شصت کلاته گرگان)
تشخیص گونه های درختی و تهیه نقشه ترکیب درختان نقش مهمی در اتخاذ تصمیمات بهینه برای مدیریت بوم سازگان جنگلی در نواحی وسیع ایفا می کنند. بررسی قابلیت منابع متفاوت سنجشازدوری نظیر تصاویر رقومی هوایی در منابع مختلف جنگلی بهعنوان راهکار جایگزین روشهای زمینی در سالهای اخیر موردتوجه قرارگرفته است. دادههای سنجش از دور، به ویژه تصاویر هوایی رقومی با قدرت تفکیک مکانی و رادیومتری بالا ابزار مناسبی برای شناسایی گونههای درختی میتوانند باشند. در روش های معمول پیکسل-پایه، طبقهبندی پیکسلهای تصاویر میتواند با الگوریتمهای مختلفی صورت گیرد. روش های متداول طبقه بندی رقومی نظیر الگوریتم حداکثر شباهت، رایجترین روشهای مبتنی بر طبقهبندی پیکسل پایه می باشند. استفاده از روش های نوین طبقهبندی نظیر الگوریتم ناپارامتریک ماشین بردار پشتیبان و مقایسه کارایی این الگوریتمها ضروری می باشد. سابقه و هدف: با توجه به انجام چند تحقیق در بررسی قابلیت تصاویر رقومی هوایی در جنگلهای شهری و جنگلکاریهای شمال کشور و عدم وجود تحقیق در زمینه بررسی قابلیت تصاویر رقومی هوایی در شناسایی گونه های درختی در جنگل های آمیخته خزری، هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی قابلیت تصاویر هوایی رقومی (UltraCam-D) در شناسایی گونه های درختی جنگلهای پهنبرگ آمیخته خزری (در بخشی از سری یک جنگل شصت کلاته گرگان) و مقایسه کارایی دو الگوریتم پیکسل-پایه حداکثر شباهت و ماشین بردار پشتیبان است. مواد وروش ها: نقشه واقعیت زمینی گونههای درختی با ثبت دقیق موقعیت مکانی 128 پایه درختی با سیستم موقعیتیاب جهانی تفاضلی تهیه گردید. تشخیص و طبقهبندی گونه های درختی به روش پیکسل پایه با مجموعه باندهای اصلی و مصنوعی حاصل از پردازش باندها و با استفاده از دو الگوریتم حداکثر شباهت و ماشین بردار پشتیبان صورت گرفت. ارزیابی صحت نقشه های حاصل از طبقه بندی ها با استفاده از 25 درصد نمونه های واقعیت زمینی انجام شد، یافته ها: نتایج ارزیابی صحت بعد از انجام فیلتر نشان دادند نقشه حاصل از طبقهبندی با الگوریتم حداکثر شباهت به ترتیب دارای صحت کلی و ضریب کاپا 63/63 درصد و 51/0 و برای الگوریتم ماشین بردار پشتیبان به ترتیب 42/37 درصد و 2/0 بوده است. نتیجه گیری: با مقایسه نتایج حاصل نمایان شده که روش طبقهبندی پیکسل پایه در تشخیص گونههای درختی به خاطر خاصیت فلفل نمکی یا استفاده نکردن از داده های کمکی در فرآیند طبقه بندی (شیب، ارتفاع و غیره) بهطور نسبی مؤثر واقع نشده است. استفاده از دیگر روشها مثل روش طبقه بندی شی پایه در تشخیص گونههای درختی پیشنهاد میشود. هم چنین باید ارزیابی قابلیت این تصاویر، در شرایط رویشگاهی مختلف امتحان شود.

سابقه و هدف: جهت معلوم کردن مسیر تکاملی فیلوژنتیک و نیز ردهبندی گیاهان، از دیرباز، تشریح و شناسایی چوب توسط پژوهشگران علوم زیستی مورد نظر بوده است. در حیطه دیرینهشناسی نیز با مطالعه چوبهای فسیل گامهای بلندی تا کنون برداشته شده است. چوبهای فسیل در مقایسه با سایر اندامهای گیاهان فسیل از این مزیت برخوردارند که سابقه طولانی از محیط رویشگاه را در خود حفظ می کنند. در این مطالعه به شناسایی و معرفی فسیلهای درختی بهدست آمده طی تهیه نقشه زمینشناسی 1:25000 آناخاتون در شمال تبریز میپردازیم. مواد و روش ها: در این تحقیق به منظور شناسایی ساقههای درختی سنگی شده به سن پلیوسن از شمال شرق تبریز، از قطعات ساقه مانند که در منطقه در دسترس قرار گرفت استفاده شد، پس از انتقال نمونهها به آزمایشگاه ، ابعاد، رنگ و سایر مشخصات فیزیکی نمونهها ثبت شدند و از نمونهها عکسبرداری بهعمل آمد. از هر نمونه قطعهای که در هر سه جهت عرضی، شعاعی و مماسی دارای وضعیت ظاهری مناسبی بود، برای تهیه مقطع نازک انتخاب گردید. پس از برش اولیه چوب به قطعاتی که نسبت به محور طولی درخت توجیه باشند، اقدام به تهیه مقاطع نازک از چوب شد. بدین منظور ابتدا قطعاتی از نمونهها را با حفظ جهات اصلی چوب به ابعاد حدود 3×2×1 سانتی متر درآورده و سپس سطح آن صاف و صیقلی شد. بعد از چندین مرحله ساب ، مقطع چوب فسیل بهحدی نازک میشود که نور از آن عبور کند و آماده مطالعه میکروسکوپی میشود که این ضخامت حداکثر 03/0 میلیمتر میباشد. از چوبهای فسیل، مقطع نازک در هر سه جهت عرضی، شعاعی و مماسی تهیه گردید. مقاطع نازکی که وضعیت حفظشدگی در آنها امکان مطا لعه را میسر میکرد، به وسیله میکروسکوپ نوری مورد مطالعه تشریحی قرار گرفتند و مشخصات مربوط به تراکئیدها، اشعههای چوبی، پارانشیم، روزنهها، کانالهای رزین و سایر عناصر اندازهگیری و ثبت شدند. تشریح چوبها ابتدا حتیالامکان با تبعیت از فهرست بینالمللی ویژگیهای میکروسکوپی برای شناسایی چوب سوزنی برگان، انجام شد و سپس از طریق مقایسه با موارد مشابه، تکمیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج این تحقیق نشان می دهد که ساختمان چوب مورد مطالعه از بازدانگان می باشد که حد دوایر رویشی در آن مشخص، انتقال از چوب آغاز به چوب پایان، ناگهانی، واجد اشعه تکردیفه، دارای روزنههایی مانند شبه کاجی در میدان تلاقی و مجاری رزین معدود و عمدتاً منفرد است و قرابت آن در این بررسی با جنس Pinuxylon از راسته کونیفرها نشان داده شده است. نتیجه گیری: با وجود حفظشدگی نامناسب نمونهها، برای شناسایی یا انتساب آنها به جنسها و گونههای امروزی، وجود مجاری رزین، تعداد بسیار اندک پارانشیمهای محوری، روزنههای درشت و تکردیفه بر روی دیواره شعاعی تراکئیدهای چوب آغاز و روزنههای احتمالاً شبه کاجی در میدانهای تلاقی، انتساب نمونههای این تحقیق را به Pinuxylon پیشنهاد می نماید که نشاندهنده آب و هوای معتدل در آن منطقه و در آن دوره می باشد.

رفتار مکانیکی و مقاومت زیستی چوب- پلیمرآکریلونیتریل اصلاحشده با آلکوکسی سیلان
سابقه و هدف: اصلاح چوب با استفاده از مواد و روشهای دوستدار طبیعت، خواص چوب را برای بسیاری از کاربردها بهبود میبخشد. پلیمرهای مصنوعی به طور گستردهای برای اصلاح چوب مورد استفاده قرار گرفتند که در آن چوب به وسیله مونومرها اشباع و تبدیل مونومر به پلیمر منجر به تولید چوب-پلیمر گردید. در اصلاح با مونومر وینیلی آکریلونیتریل، گروههای هیدروکسیل دیواره همچنان آزاد بوده و قادر به جذب رطوبت هستند. بنابراین حضور مادهای برای اصلاح با اثر جفتکنندگی دیواره که بتواند بین مونومر و دیواره ارتباط برقرار کند میتواند باعث افزایش عمر مفید چوب گردد. در این تحقیق اثر ترکیب 3- تریمتوکسیسیلیلپروپیلمتاکریلات بر خواص مکانیکی و زیستی چوبپلیمر حاوی آکریلونیتریل بررسیگردید. مواد و روشها: الوار راستتار و فاقد عیب صنوبر، پس از خشک شدن به نمونههای آزمون مکانیکی و زیستی بهترتیب بر اساس استانداردهای ASTM-D143 و EN113 تبدیل شدند. نمونههای آزمونی در 7سطح شاهد، اصلاحشده با ترکیب سیلانی در زیرگروههای حاوی اتانول اسیدی تحت دمای 110 و 150 درجهسانتیگراد، اتانول حاوی آغازگر بنزوییلپراکساید و بدون آغازگر در دمای 150درجهسانتیگراد، آکریلونیتریل و سطح تلفیقی سیلان/آکریلونیتریل گروهبندیگردیدند. اشباع نمونهها به روش خلاء- فشار در سیلندر آزمایشگاهی انجام شد. در پژوهش حاضر برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آزمون آنالیز واریانس در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی استفاده شد. همچنین گروهبندی میانگینها نیز با آزمون چنددامنهای دانکن انجام گردید. یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج طیفسنجی زیرقرمز، اصلاح سیلان و حضور مونومر آکریلونیتریل در چندسازه تائیدشد. نمونههای سطح تلفیقی سیلان/ آکریلونیتریل بیشترین مقاومت خمشی، فشار موازی الیاف و سختی را نشاندادند. حضور آکریلونیتریل در حفره باعث افزایش خواص مکانیکی شد. در واکنش سیلان با چوب، افزایش دما بهدلیل تشدید واکنش، به افزایش مقاومتها منتهیگردید. حضور آغازگر در اصلاح، باعث پلیمر شدن بخشی از ترکیب سیلانی در حفرات سلولی چوب، علاوه بر اصلاح دیواره، و بهبود محسوستر خواص مکانیکی نسبت به سطح سیلانی فاقد آغازگر شد. اصلاح سیلان/ آکریلونیتریل در معرض قارچ پوسیدگی سفید Trametes versicolor بهبود معنیدار مقاومت به پوسیدگی را نشانداد. نتیجهگیری کلی: استفاده از ترکیب سیلانی باعث بهبود خواص مکانیکی و زیستی فرآورده چوبپلیمر حاصل از آکریلونیتریل گردید. بیشترین بهبود خواص مکانیکی در اصلاح ترکیبی سیلان/ آکریلونیتریل، به علت برهمکنش بیشتر سیلانولهای ترکیب سیلانی با گروههای هیدروکسیل چوب و همچنین حضور آکریلونیتریل در حفره سلول چوبی تعیین شد. اصلاح ترکیبی سیلان/ آکریلونیتریل افزایش محسوسی در مقاومت زیستی در معرض قارچ پوسیدگی سفید ایجاد کرد که علت آن را میتوان به پر شدن حفره و منافذ دیواره، رطوبت کمتر و در نهایت کاهش توانایی رشد، انتقال آنزیم و دسترسی ریسههای قارچ به دیواره نسبت داد.

ارائه مدلی جهت دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در صنعت مبلمان چوبی ایران
چکیده سابقه و هدف: توسعه صادرات غیر­نفتی یکی از ارکان تقویت بنیه اقتصادی کشور محسوب می­شود. صنعت مبلمان اکنون از سهم قابل توجهی در تجارت جهانی برخوردار است، لذا رشد و توسعه پایدار این صنعت می­تواند تاثیر بسزایی در اشتغال­زایی، افزایش تولید ناخالص داخلی و کسب درآمدهای غیر­نفتی برای کشور داشته باشد. به دلیل اهمیت اقتصادی، اجتماعی و ­زیست­محیطی صنعت مبلمان چوبی، لزوم حرکت به ­سمت توسعه پایدار در این صنعت احساس می­شود. مطالعه کنونی با هدف شناسایی و ارزیابی وزنی شاخص­های اثرگذار بر توسعه پایدار صنعت مبلمان چوبی ایران و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب، با استفاده از رویکرد غیرپارامتریک تجزیه و تحلیل سلسله مراتبی ای­اچ­پی، انجام شده است. مواد و روش­ها: در این راستا، ابتدا با مطالعات تطبیقی و همچنین انجام مصاحبه با خبرگان مربوطه، شاخص­های تاثیرگذار شناسایی گردید. پس از ترسیم سطوح سلسله مراتبی درخت تصمیم­گیری شامل هدف، معیارها، زیرمعیارها و گزینه­ها، داده­های مورد نیاز جهت تعیین ارزش­ وزنی و اولویت­بندی هر یک از آن­ها در قالب طراحی پرسشنامه­­های استاندارد بر مبنای مقایسات زوجی و با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان و صاحب­نظران دانشگاه، صنعت و نهاد­های مربوطه تهیه و در نهایت مراحل محاسباتی آن در نرم­افزار اکسپرت­چویس انجام پذیرفت. همچنین در حین وزن­دهی به مجموعه­­ها، تجزیه و تحلیل مربوط به نرخ ناسازگاری قضاوت­ها که می­بایست زیر 1/0 باشد، انجام شد. یافته­ها: بر اساس نتایج حاصل، شاخص­های "اقتصادی" و "محیط­زیستی" در سطح اول بترتیب با ارزش وزنی 358/0 و 212/0 بیشترین ارزش وزنی را کسب کرده­اند. علاوه بر این در سطح دوم نیز، زیرشاخص­های افزایش ثبات اقتصادی(168/0)، توسعه خوشه­های صنعتی مبلمان(149/0)، کاهش مواد فرار آلی در پروسه تولید(121/0)، ارتباط مستمر و منسجم دانشگاه و صنعت مبلمان(093/0)، بازیافت مبلمان(074/0)، توسعه استراتژی برون­­سپاری داخلی و جذب منافع حاصل از برون­سپاری خارجی(060/0) به­ترتیب بالاترین اولویت­ها را به خود اختصاص داده­اند. در نهایت، "الگوبرداری از مدل­های توسعه پایدار در کشورهای توسعه یافته" نیز، با وزن340/0 به عنوان بهترین گزینه، جهت دستیابی به توسعه پایدار در صنعت مبلمان چوبی ایران انتخاب گردید. نتیجه­گیری: نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق می­تواند به عنوان نقشه راه حرکت در مسیر صحیح توسعه پایدار، راهکارهای مناسبی را جهت بهبود عملکرد تولیدکنندگان و ایجاد اصلاحات ساختاری در بخش­های مختلف صنعت مبلمان چوبی کشور با هدف دستیابی به بازارهای بین­المللی و توسعه مبتنی بر پایداری، پیش روی مسئولین، دست­اندرکاران و سیاست­گذاران مربوطه قرار دهد.

بررسی اثر رطوبت تراشه و غلظت چسب بر الگوی نفوذ چسب در لایههای میانی و بینابینی تخته تراشه جهت دار
چکیده سابقه و هدف: یکی از لازمههای تشکیل اتصالات چسبی، نفوذ چسب به داخل بافت بستر چوبی است. این پدیده تحت تاثیر عوامل متعددی همچون ویسکوزیسته چسب و درصد رطوبت بستر چوبی قرار دارد. مطالعات زیادی بر روی نفوذ چسب به داخل لایههای چوبی و دو تراشه انجام شده است. در این مطالعه الگوی نفوذ چسب تحت تاثیر رطوبت تراشه و غلظت چسب در یک فرآورده خردهای چوب (تخته تراشه جهت دار)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور تصاویر میکروسکوپی از مقاطع تختههای ساخته شده تهیه گردید و پارامترهای الگوی نفوذ چسب، مورد ارزیابی و مقایسه قرار گرفتند. مواد و روشها: برای انجام مطالعه تخته تراشه جهت دار با استفاده از تراشههای صنوبر و چسب فنل فرم آلدهید ساخته شد. متغیرهای آزمایش را درصد رطوبت تراشه در سه سطح 2، 6 و 10 درصد و همچنین غلظت چسب در سه سطح 45، 50 و 55 درصد تشکیل میدادند. پس از تهیه نمونه های میکروسکوبی، تصاویری از لایه های میانی و بینابینی تختهها گرفته شد. پارامترهای الگوی نفوذ در هر تصویر محاسبه شدند. پارامتر FFN که بیانگر تعداد فیبرهای پر شده بود و پارامتر FVN که تعداد آوند پر شده توسط چسب را نشان میداد. برای مشخص نمودن اثرات معنیدار از آنالیز واریانس یک طرفه استفاده شد و برای گروه بندی تیمارها آزمون توکی بکار گرفته شد. یافتهها: اثر رطوبت تراشه، غلظت چسب و موقعیت در ضخامت تخته بر روی پارامترهای الگوی نفوذ معنی دار بود. با افزایش رطوبت تراشه مقدار نفوذ چسب بخصوص در فیبرها افزایش یافت. افزایش غلظت چسب نفوذ چسب به درون بافت بستر را کاهش داد. نفوذ چسب در لایه میانی تخته نسبت به لایه بینابینی که به صفحات پرس نزدیک تر بود، به طور معنیداری کمتر بدست آمد. نتیجه گیری: وجود رطوبت در تراشه همان طور که در سایر تحقیقات انجام گرفته به آن اشاره شده است، می تواند مانع از افزایش گرانروی رزین شده و در نهایت باعث افزایش نفوذ چسب شود. به عبارتی هر چقدر بافت چوب خشکتر باشد میزان جذب آب از رزین و متعاقب آن گرانروی رزین افزایش یافته و میزان نفوذ آن در بافت چوب کاهش مییابد. بطور کلی پارامتری که با شمارش تعداد فیبرها محاسبه گردید، نسبت به پارامتر FVN که از شمارش تعداد آوندها بدست میآید، تغییرات منظمتری تحت اثر رطوبت تراشه و غلظت چسب داشت. همچنین مشخص شد که الگوی نفوذ چسب در لایه میانی و بینابینی با یکدیگر متفاوت است. سابقه و هدف: یکی از لازمههای تشکیل اتصالات چسبی، نفوذ چسب به داخل بافت بستر چوبی است. این پدیده تحت تاثیر عوامل متعددی همچون ویسکوزیسته چسب و درصد رطوبت بستر چوبی قرار دارد. مطالعات زیادی بر روی نفوذ چسب به داخل لایههای چوبی و دو تراشه انجام شده است. در این مطالعه الگوی نفوذ چسب تحت تاثیر رطوبت تراشه و غلظت چسب در یک فرآورده خردهای چوب (تخته تراشه جهت دار)، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. برای این منظور تصاویر میکروسکوپی از مقاطع تختههای ساخته شده تهیه گردید و پارامترهای الگوی نفوذ چسب، مورد ارزیابی و مقایسه قرار گرفتند. مواد و روشها: برای انجام مطالعه تخته تراشه جهت دار با استفاده از تراشههای صنوبر و چسب فنل فرم آلدهید ساخته شد.

کاغذهای فلوتینگ و کرافت لاینر با پوششهای GCC و اتصال دهنده PVA
سابقه و هدف: تحقیقات متعددی جهت بهبود خواص کاغذ صورت گرفته است و این تحقیق در جهت امکان پوششدهی در فرایند تبدیلی کاغذ است. اصلاح خواص کاغذ میتواند کاربردهای مختلفی را برای آن به همراه داشته باشد، که به طور کلی خواص مطلوب در خواص ممانعتی، مکانیکی و نوری بیان میشود. هدف این مطالعه، بررسی تأثیر پوششهای GCC در دو نوع کاغذ پایه است، که از دو نوع ترکیب با درصد اتصال دهنده متفاوت استفاده شد. مواد و روشها: بدین منظور از دو کاغذ پایه متفاوت (کرافت لاینر و فلوتینگ کارخانه چوب و کاغذ مازندران)، روشهای پوششدهی میلهای و غوطهوری و نیز از یک اتصال دهنده (PVA) در مواد پوششی در دو سطح مصرف استفاده گردید. مواد پوششدهی با مواد جامد 20 درصد، شامل GCC (100 قسمت)؛ پراکنده ساز (3/0 قسمت) و از PVA (6 و 12 قسمت) بود. ترکیب 1 با اتصال دهنده کم و ترکیب 2 با اتصال دهنده زیاد نام گذاری گردید. عملیات پوششدهی غوطهوری به مدت یک دقیقه و پوششدهی میلهای از طریق دستگاه آزمایشگاهی با هر دو سوسپانسیون انجام شد. مشخصات فیزیکی کاغذهای شاهد و تیمار شده مانند مقاومت به عبور هوای کاغذ، ضخامت، جرم، درجه روشنی و جذب آب (Cobb60) تعیین گردید. سپس با انجام محاسبات، مقادیر گراماژ و وزن پوشش به دست آمد و جهت انجام تجزیه واریانس کلیه اطلاعات نمونهها در نرم افزار آماری SPSS 16.0 وارد شد. یافتهها: اختلاف معنیداری در مقادیر گراماژ، ضخامت و وزن پوشش در کاغذ فلوتینگ در اثر این تیمارها دیده شد. این پوششها در کاغذ فلوتینگ و کرافت لاینر در سطح 5 درصد اثر معنیداری بر مقاومت به عبور هوا داشت. در حالی که با روش پوششدهی میلهای تفاوت مقاومت به عبور هوای کاغذ در سطح 1 درصد، در کاغذ فلوتینگ با PVA کم و نیز در نمونه کرافت لاینر با PVA زیاد دیده نشد. مقدار جذب آب در نمونههای فلوتینگ با روش پوششدهی میلهای با دو ترکیب PVA کم و زیاد، اختلاف معنیداری در سطح 5 درصد با نمونههای شاهد و تیمار شده غوطهوری نشان داد. البته در روش پوششدهی میلهای با اتصال دهنده کم کاهش معنیداری در سطح 1 درصد در میزان Cobb60 دیده شد. در بین کل تیمارها، روش پوششدهی میلهای با PVA زیاد به علت جذب آب کمتر مطلوبتر است. با توجه به وزن پوشش بیشتر در روش غوطهوری درجه روشنی در این نمونهها، افزایش داشت. به غیر از روش میلهای با PVA کم، سایر تیمارها تفاوت معنیداری را در سطح 5 درصد در درجه روشنی کاغذ فلوتینگ ایجاد کردند. در سطح 1 درصد تفاوت معنیداری در درجه روشنی نمونههای کاغذ کرافت با هر دو ترکیب روش غوطهوری ایجاد شد، ولی در سطح 5 درصد روش میلهای با PVA کم نیز معنیدار گردید. ضرایب همبستگی وزن پوشش با مقاومت به عبور هوای کاغذ، ضخامت، درجه روشنی و گراماژ کاغذهای مورد آزمایش به ترتیب 549/0؛ 734/0؛ 687/0 و 489/0 تعیین گردید. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اطلاعات حاصل از این پژوهش، تغییرات جذب آب در بین نمونهها اندک بود ولی در روشهای میلهای جذب آب کاهش یافت که تاثیر مثبتی بر خواص ممانعتی و بهسازی کاغذ داشت. درجه روشنی نمونههای کرافت لاینر این بررسی، بسیار مناسب بود و این کاغذ تیره به درجه روشنی 57 رسید. در مواردی مانند جذب آب و درجه روشنی، ترکیب 1 (با اتصال دهنده کم) مطلوبتر از ترکیب دیگر بود. مقاومت به عبور هوا در کلیه تیمارها بهبود یافت و افزایش این زمان عبور هوا در کاغذهای فلوتینگ و به روش غوطهوری بارزتر بود. با توجه به بهبود مشخصات فیزیکی؛ ممانعتی و درجه روشنی کاغذهای تیمار شده، ارزش افزودهای در این نمونهها نسبت به گروه شاهد ایجاد گردید.

سابقه و هدف : طی چند دهه اخیر مطالعات اقلیم شناسی متعددی در نقاط مختلف جهان صورت گرفته است و محققین با روش های اقلیم شناسی درختی اطلاعات اقلیمی موجود در حلقه های رویشی درختان را استخراج و از آن برای بازسازی تغییرا ت اقلیم در گذشته استفاده کرده اند. هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی ظرفیت چوب درختان آزاد در بازسازی دما و بارندگی با استفاده از کرنولوژی های پهنای حلقه رویشی و مساحت حفرات آوندی می باشد. مواد و روش ها : در این تحقیق کرنولوژی های پهنای حلقه و مساحت حفرات آوندی درختان آزاد ساخته شد. برای این منظور با استفاده از مته رویش سنج سوئدی 20 مغزه درخت (core) از درختان سالم استخراج شد، نمونه ها بعد از مراحل آماده سازی و استفاده از تکنیک گچ سفید و ماژیک مشکی توسط اسکنر با قدرت تفکیک 4800 dpi(dot per inch) اسکن شدند. بعد از اسکن کردن نمونه ها توسط نرم افزار ایمیج جی(Image J) پهنای حلقه و مساحت حفرات آوندی نمونه ها اندازه گیری شد. سپس در محیط اکسل سری های زمانی پهنای حلقه و مساحت حفرات آوند ترسیم و این سری ها با روش فریتز(1976) استانداردسازی شد. ویژگی های کرنولوژی های ساخته شده شامل میانگین حساسیت، ضریب خود همبستگی درجه اول، سیگنال جمعیت و ضریب تطابق محاسبه شد، سپس ضرایب همبستگی کرنولوژی ها با داده های دما و بارش ایستگاه هواشناسی مجاور رویشگاه محاسبه و از این همبستگی ها برای بازسازی دما و بارش استفاده شد. برای بازسازی از روش تقسیم داده ها ((split – sample calibration verification استفاده شد و برای بررسی اعتبار بازسازی از آماره های ساین تست و کاهش خطا استفاده شد. یافته ها: آنالیز همبستگی ها نشان داد که در مقیاس سالانه پهنای حلقه و مساحت حفرات آوندی با بارش سال قبل از رویش همبستگی مثبت و معنی دار دارد، در مقیاس فصلی پهنای حلقه با بارش پاییز و بهار سال قبل و سطح آوند با بارش پاییز سال قبل همبستگی مهم و معنی دار دارد. در مورد دما، همبستگی منفی و مهم دمای مرداد سال قبل با پهنای حلقه و مساحت آوند ها مشاهده شد. نتایج حاصل از بازسازی دما و بارش با استفاده از تغییرات پهنای حلقه و سطح آوند نشان داد که بازسازی بارش بهارسال قبل از رویش با استفاده از کرنولوژِی پهنای حلقه و بازسازی پاییز سال قبل از رویش با استفاده از کرنولوژی سطح آوند در این منطقه امکان پذیر می باشد اما بازسازی دما موفقیت آمیز نبوده است. نتیجه گیری : به نظر می رسد درارتفاعات پایین بازسازی بارش با استفاده از سری های زمانی استاندارد شده تغییرات پهنای حلقه و مساحت حفرات آوندی موفقیت آمیز باشد اما بازسازی دما شاید با کمک دیگر فاکتور های حلقه مانند حداکثر دانسیته چوب پایان یا پهنای چوب پایان موفقیت آمیز باشد. همچنین در این مناطق تاثیر اقلیم سال قبل بر رویش موثر تر از اقلیم سال جاری بوده و در این میان اثر بارش نسبت به دما مهمتر است.
