Then wood surface was analyzed for chemical and structural changes using Fourier Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), respectively. Results showed that weathering process affected the functional groups on the wood surface. Full weathering (light and water) damaged the surface polymer structure and caused chemical and physical changes in wood. The greatest changes occurred in the functional groups and aromatic structure of lignin. With increasing of weathering time, the absorption intensity of c=o loonds increased at 1730-1740 cm-1 and aromatic skeletal vibration in intensity 1514 cm-1 decreased. By the effect of UV radiation, choromophoric groups were produced in lignin. Photochemical cleavage of C-C bonds adjacent to carbonyl groups made the chemical compounds smaller and water-soluble. The SEM results showed that the surface of wood exposed to weathering undergoes distinct physical changes and the surface degradation appears to be directly proportional to the time of exposure to the weathering conditions. However, trace changes were observed in samples weathered for 50h.}, keywords = {}, title_fa = {بررسی تغییرات شیمیایی و‌ ساختار میکروسکوپی چوب راش طی فرآیند‌ هوازدگی}, abstract_fa = {در این مطالعه نمونه‌هایی از چوب راش (Lipsky Fagus orientals) به ابعاد 575150 میلی‌متر تهیه و در زمان‌های مختلف (50، 150 و 300 ساعت) در دستگاه هوازدگی مصنوعی Atlas Xenon Test Beta LM تحت تابش اشعه UV (300 نانومتر) و اشعه مرئی (750 نانومتر) و بارش (اسپری آب) قرار ‌داده شد. سپس تغییرات شیمیایی و میکروسکوپی ایجاد شده در سطح چوب، با استفاده از طیف‌سنجی FTIR و میکروسکوپ الکترونی (SEM) مورد مطالعه قرار ‌گرفت. نتایج نشان دادند که هوازدگی بر گروه‌های عاملی سطح چوب تأثیر ‌گذاشت و به ساختار پلیمری آن صدماتی وارد کرد و باعث ایجاد تغییرات شیمیایی و فیزیکی در چوب گردید. بیشترین تغییرات در گروه‌های عاملی و ساختار آروماتیک لیگنین روی داد. با افزایش مدت زمان قرار گرفتن در معرض هوازدگی، شدت جذب کششی C=O در حدود cm-1 1740-1730 افزایش و جذب در cm-1 ‌1514 که مربوط به گروه‌های آروماتیکی است، کاهش یافت. در اثر تابش اشعه UV، گروه‌های کروموفوری (رنگی) در لیگنین ایجاد ‌شد. گسست‌های فتو‌شیمیایی پیوندهای C-C مجاور با گروه‌های کربونیل در اثر هوازدگی باعث کوچک شدن و محلول شدن در آب‌ ترکیبات شیمیایی گردید و آن‌ها را قابل آب‌شویی نمود. تصاویر ‌SEM نشان دادند که ظهور تخریب‌های سطحی متناسب با زمان قرار‌ گرفتن در شرایط هوازدگی است و میزان تغییرات در نمونه‌هایی که 50 ساعت در معرض هوازدگی قرار گرفته‌اند بسیار ناچیز می‌باشد.}, keywords_fa = {}, url = {https://jwfst.gau.ac.ir/article_210.html}, eprint = {https://jwfst.gau.ac.ir/article_210_3c71ca3252cc4505d731ceb9d964a646.pdf} }
