تاثیر مرکب زدایی آنزیمی با لیپاز بر ویژگی های خمیر کاغذ روزنامه چاپ شده به روش افست
سابقه و هدف: تحقیقات انجام شده طی سالهای اخیر نشان داده است بهکارگیری روشهای بر پایه زیست فناوری، به ویژه استفاده از آنزیمهای صنعتی به منظور فرآوری کاغذهای باطله موجب تقویت ویژگیهای نوری و مکانیکی خمیر کاغذهای بازیافتی گردیده است. در این تحقیق مرکبزدایی کاغذ روزنامه باطله چاپ شده به روش افست با استفاده از آنزیم لیپاز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روشها: مرکبزدایی آنزیمی با استفاده از آنزیم لیپاز در سه سطح زمانی 60، 120 و 180 دقیقه و سه سطح مصرف آنزیم 3، 6 و 9 واحد به ازاء هر گرم خمیر کاغذ خشک در pH خنثی انجام شد. برای حذف ذرات مرکب از روش شست و شو استفاده شد. یافتهها: مقایسه ویژگیهای نوری، فیزیکی و مکانیکی کاغذهای دستساز حاصل نشان داد خمیر کاغذهای مرکبزدایی شده با لیپاز دارای درجه روشنی بیشتر و زردی کمتر نسبت به نمونه شاهد هستند. با این وجود ماتی کاغذهای حاصل از تیمار آنزیمی با افزایش زمان و مقدار تیمار آنزیمی نسبت به نمونه شاهد کاهش نشان میدهد. همچنین، تیمار آنزیمی موجب افزایش ویژگیهای مکانیکی (مقاومت به پاره شدن و مقاومت به ترکیدن) کاغذهای دستساز نسبت به نمونه شاهد (بدون هرگونه تیمار شیمیایی یا آنزیمی) شد. نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی میتوان نتیجهگیری نمود که مرکبزدایی آنزیمی توسط لیپاز روش مناسبی برای بهبود ویژگیهای نوری و مکانیکی کاغذهای روزنامه باطله چاپ شده به روش افست میباشد. به نظر میرسد افزایش مقدار تیمار آنزیمی در بیش از 9 واحد آنزیم به ازاء هر گرم خمیر کاغذ خشک موجب کاهش معنیدار درجه ماتی خمیر کاغذ خشک نسبت به نمونه شاهد گردیده است و افزایش زمان تیمار نیز در این کاهش موثر میباشد. سابقه و هدف: تحقیقات انجام شده طی سالهای اخیر نشان داده است بهکارگیری روشهای بر پایه زیست فناوری، به ویژه استفاده از آنزیمهای صنعتی به منظور فرآوری کاغذهای باطله موجب تقویت ویژگیهای نوری و مکانیکی خمیر کاغذهای بازیافتی گردیده است. در این تحقیق مرکبزدایی کاغذ روزنامه باطله چاپ شده به روش افست با استفاده از آنزیم لیپاز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روشها: مرکبزدایی آنزیمی با استفاده از آنزیم لیپاز در سه سطح زمانی 60، 120 و 180 دقیقه و سه سطح مصرف آنزیم 3، 6 و 9 واحد به ازاء هر گرم خمیر کاغذ خشک در pH خنثی انجام شد. برای حذف ذرات مرکب از روش شست و شو استفاده شد. یافتهها: مقایسه ویژگیهای نوری، فیزیکی و مکانیکی کاغذهای دستساز حاصل نشان داد خمیر کاغذهای مرکبزدایی شده با لیپاز دارای درجه روشنی بیشتر و زردی کمتر نسبت به نمونه شاهد هستند. با این وجود ماتی کاغذهای حاصل از تیمار آنزیمی با افزایش زمان و مقدار تیمار آنزیمی نسبت به نمونه شاهد کاهش نشان میدهد. همچنین، تیمار آنزیمی موجب افزایش ویژگیهای مکانیکی (مقاومت به پاره شدن و مقاومت به ترکیدن) کاغذهای دستساز نسبت به نمونه شاهد (بدون هرگونه تیمار شیمیایی یا آنزیمی) شد. نتیجه گیری: به طور کلی میتوان نتیجهگیری نمود که مرکبزدایی آنزیمی توسط لیپاز روش مناسبی برای بهبود ویژگیهای نوری و مکانیکی کاغذهای روزنامه باطله چاپ شده به روش افست میباشد. به نظر میرسد افزایش مقدار تیمار آنزیمی در بیش از 9 واحد آنزیم به ازاء هر گرم خمیر کاغذ خشک موجب کاهش معنیدار درجه ماتی خمیر کاغذ خشک نسبت به نمونه شاهد گردیده است و افزایش زمان تیمار نیز در این کاهش موثر میباشد.

مقایسه خشک کنی فیلم نانوفیبر سلولز باکتری با روشهای جت درایر، وکیوم آون و آون
سابقه و هدف: یکی از روشهای تولید نانوفیبر سلولز، روش سنتز توسط باکتری است که محصول آن بصورت فیلم نانوفیبر سلولز است. این ماده در طی بیوسنتز، مقدار زیادی از آب (حدود 99 درصد) را در خود محصور میکند و معمولا هم بصورت یک فیلم یکپارچه تشکیل میگردد. علاوه بر سوپرجاذب بودن، از خواص عمده فیلم نانوسلولز سنتز شده توسط باکتری (نانوسلولز باکتری) میتوان به موارد زیر اشاره کرد: زیست پایه بودن، زیست تخریب پذیری، ایمن، خوراکی، مقاومت های مکانیکی بالا و غیره. بر مبنای این خواص منحصر بفرد، فیلم نانوفیبر سلولز کاربردهای متعددی در طیف گسترده ای از رشته ها و صنایع پیدا کرده است. با عنایت به خواص منحصربفرد فیلم نانوسلولز باکتری و کاربردهای متعدد و گسترده آن، انجام تحقیقاتی با محوریت این محصول که بتواند چالشهای عمده سر راه تجاری سازی آن را کم یا حذف نماید از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار است. یکی از این موضوعات تحقیقاتی خشک کردن نانوسلولزهاست به این دلیل که این فیلم یک ماده سوپرجاذب بوده و جداسازی آب از آن جهت خشککردن به زمان و هزینه بیشتری نسبت به فیلمهای میکرومتری سلولزی نیاز دارد. از طرفی خشککنی این ماده فوائد زیادی دارد نظیر سبکتر شدن (تا 99 بار)، کاهش هزینه حمل و نگهداری، کاهش خطرات حمله میکروارگانیکها و کپک، نگهداری آسانتر، افزایش دامنه کاربردی، افزایش خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی و غیره. بر این اساس در این مطالعه در نظر است فیلم نانوسلولز باکتری با سه روش جت درایر، آون و وکیوم آون خشک شده و علاوه بر ارزیابی روشهای خشککنی، خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی فیلمهای خشکشده نیز ارزیابی و مقایسه گردد. مواد و روشها: برای انجام این مطالعه فیلم نانوفیبر سلولز تهیه شده با سنتز باکتری از شرکت دانش بنیان نانونوین پلیمر خریداری شد. بعد از آبگیری اولیه فیلمهای نانوفیبر سلولز با روشهای جتدرایر، وکیومآون و آون در دمای 50 درجه سانتیگراد خشک شدند. روشهای خشک کردن از نظر سرعت خروج آب، زمان حداقلی خشککنی و انرژی خشککنی با هم مقایسه شدند. همچنین فیلمهای خشک شده از نظر خصوصیات ظاهری، دانسیته، شفافیت، نفوذپذیری، مقاومت به پارگی و ترکیدن ارزیابی و با هم مقایسه گردیدند. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که آبگیری اولیه 50% میزان آب موجود در فیلم را کم نمود. سرعت خروج آب روش جت درایر نسبت به روشهای وکیومآون و آون بیشتر بود. حداقل زمان خشککنی فیلم نانوسلولز در روشهای جتدرایر، وکیومآون و آون بهترتیب برابر با 10، 25 و 45 دقیقه بدست آمد. مقادیر متناظر انرژی مصرفی خشککنی برای سه روش به ترتیب 25/.، 67/. و 1/1 کیلووات ساعت اندازهگیری شد. فیلمهای خشک شده با روش جتدرایر دارای چینخوردگی نسبتا بیشتر و شفافیت ظاهری کمتری نسبت به دو روش دیگر ارزیابی گردید. دانسیته فیلمهای خشک شده در روش جت درایر کمی بیشتر و مقاومت به پارگی و ترکیدن آنها کمتر از نمونههای خشک شده در وکیوم آون و آون بدست آمد. نتیجهگیری: بطور کلی، در روش جت درایر زمان و انرژی خشک کردن به طور چشمگیری کمتر از دو روش دیگر بودند که از دیدگاه تولید صنعتی و اقتصادی حائز اهمیت است. خشککنی فیلمهای نانوفیبر سلولز که توانسته 99 برابر وزن آن را کاهش دهد میتواند سبب مزایای متعدد کاربردی و عملیاتی برای تجاری-سازی بیشتر این محصول مهم گردد.

پالایش زیستی باگاس و مغز آن به روش پیرولیز سریع
سابقه و هدف: زیستتوده تنها منبع تجدیدپذیر کربن جهت تبدیل به زیستسوخت و محصولات باارزش افزوده زیاد است. فرآیندهای شیمیایی-حرارتی مانند پیرولیز سریع میتوانند نقش مهمی برای تولید زیستسوخت، مواد شیمیایی زیستی و گازها با فناوریهای زیست-پالایش ایفا کنند. با توجه بهاینکه، نیشکر بهطور وسیع در جنوب کشور کشت میشود و مغز باگاس از فراوانترین ضایعات زیستتوده لیگنوسلولزی حاصل از فرآیند مغززدایی در صنایع خمیر و کاغذ و MDF در ایران است، هدف این تحقیق مقایسه امکان استفاده از باگاس و مغز آن جهت تولید زیستنفت در راکتور نیمهصنعتی بستر سیال و توسعه کاربردی پالایش زیستی جهت تولید زیستسوخت و مواد با ارزش افزوده زیاد است. مواد و روشها: این تحقیق جهت تولید زیستسوخت در راکتور نیمه صنعتی بستر سیال از باگاس (مغززدایی نشده) و مغز آن انجام گرفت. ترکیبات باگاس با آنالیز تقریبی و آنالیز نهایی اندازهگیری شد. با استفاده از آنالیزکننده عنصری، نوع و مقدار فلزات سنگین نیز تعیین گردید. ویژگیهای تخریب حرارتی توسط آنالیز وزنسنجی حرارتی اندازهگیری شد. پیرولیز سریع در دمای 470 درجه سانتیگراد، سرعت تغذیه 90 گرم در دقیقه، اندازه ذرات 5/0 میلیمتر درون پیرولیزکننده همراه گاز نیتروژن با سرعت 2 لیتر بر دقیقه انجام شد. یافتهها: آنالیز عنصری نشان داد که مغز باگاس حاوی مقدار قابل توجهی مواد استخراجی و غیرآلی (غالباً کلسیم، پتاسیم، و منیزیم) است. نتایج وزنسنجی حرارتی بیان کرد که بیشترین اتلاف وزنی باگاس و مغز آن در دمای بین 250 و 350 درجه سانتیگراد میباشد که با تجزیه حرارتی ترکیبات اصلی آنها (سلولز، همیسلولز و لیگنین) مرتبط است. تحت شرایط ذکر شده، بازده زیستنفت، ذغال زیستی و سینگاز برای باگاس و مغز آن بهترتیب 2/53 و 5/35 درصد، 25 و 37 درصد، و 21 و 5/27 درصد وزنی بهدست آمد. کربن ثابت زیست-نفت حاصل از باگاس بیشتر از مغز آن بود که منجر به ارزش حرارتی بیشتر آن میشود؛ در صورتیکه مغز باگاس ذغال زیستی بیشتری تولید میکند. ارزش حرارتی زیستنفت حاصل از باگاس حدود 6/20 مگاژول بر کیلوگرم بهدست آمد که بیشتر از ارزش حرارتی مغز باگاس و بسیاری از مواد لیگنوسلولزی گزارش شده در منابع است. اکسیژن کمتر موجود در باگاس، هزینه فرآیند تقویت زیستنفت جهت تبدیل به بیودیزل و دیگر مواد شیمیایی را کاهش میدهد. ترکیبات گازی پیرولیز سریع باگاس و مغز آن از گاز دیاکسید کربن، منواکسیدکربن، متان، هیدروژن و سایر هیدروکربنها مانند اتان، پروپان و اتیلن تشکیل شده است. گاز دیاکسید کربن، گاز غالب در بین گازهای دیگر است. باگاس مقدار دیاکسید کربن بیشتری نسبت به مغز باگاس در طی فرآیند پیرولیز سریع تولید میکند. نتیجهگیری: مغز باگاس بهدلیل داشتن لیگنین بیشتر موجب پایداری حرارتی زیادتر و در نتیجه تولید ذغال زیستی بیشتری نسبت به باگاس طی فرآیند پیرولیز سریع میشود. زیستنفت حاصل از پیرولیز سریع باگاس نهتنها امکان تولید انرژی تجدیدپذیر و تولید ماده شیمیایی مختلف را نشان داده است، بلکه گازهای حاصل از آن (سینگاز) بهعنوان یک منبع مناسب تامین انرژی در صنایع قابل استفاده است.

اثر تیمارحرارتی با روغن کلزا بر روی کیفیت سطح چوب صنوبر دلتوئیدس
سابقه و هدف:کیفیت سطح چوب ماسیو و پانلهای بر پایهی چوب یکی از مهمترین خواص تأثیرگذار بر فرآیندهای تولید مانند پرداختکاری و یا ویژگیهای مقاومت به چسبندگی است. زبری سطح چوب یکی از عوامل مهم تعیین کیفیت سطح چوب میباشد که در بعضی از کاربردهای چوب ماسیو نقش مهمی را ایفا میکند، علاوه براین در ساخت پانلهای چوبی از قبیل تخته لایه و LVL، در فرآیند چسبندگیحائز اهمیت است.همچنین موفقیت در پرداخت کاری های عالی سطح (بتونه کاری ، رنگ آمیزی، ورنی کاری، و غیره) با هدف حفاظت ، بهبود و افزایش ارزش اقتصادی مبلمان به عنوان یک محصول نهایی با صافی سطح ماده چوبی درارتباط است.تیمار حرارتی چوب در جهت بهبود خواص چوب توسط کاهش نم پذیری، بهبود ثبات ابعادی و افزایش مقاومت در برابر حمله بیولوژیکی شناخته شده است.تیمار حرارتی در روغن، یکی از روشهای مؤثر تیمار حرارتی می باشد که دردهه گذشته درآلمان توسعه یافته و تجاری شده است. مهاجرت مواد استخراجی به سطح چوب در طول تیمار حرارتی منجر به شکلگیری تکه های رزین بدنما می شود که نیاز است به وسیله رنده کاری حذف گردند. بنابرین در مقیاس صنعتی بعد از انجام تیمار حرارتی، سطح چوب رنده کاریمی شود. با توجه به اینکه هیچ گونه تحقیقی در مورد اثر تیمار حرارتی با روغن کلزا و همچنین اثر دماها و زمان های مختلف تیمار بر بر روی کیفیت سطح چوب تیمار حرارتی شده در روغن وجود ندارد.بنابرین در این پژوهش، اثر تیمار حرارتی با روغن کلزا به عنوان یکی از روشهای تیمار حرارتی چوب بر روی کیفیت سطح چوب صنوبر دلتوئیدس بررسی خواهد شد. مواد و روش ها:نمونههای چوبی به ابعاد 2×50 ×50 میلیمتر (شعاعی × مماسی × طولی) از برون چوب سالم صنوبر دلتوئیدس تهیه شد. نمونه ها با روغن کلزا در دماهای 180، 200 و 220 درجهی سانتی گراد به مدت 2و 4 ساعت تیمار شدند. از پروفیلومتر پرتابل سوزنی به منظور اندازهگیری پارامترهای زبری(Ra، Rq، Rz) وکاربردی سطح (آبوت) (Rk، Rpk، Rvk) قبل و بعد از انجام تیمار حرارتی با روغن کلزا استفاده شد. یافته ها:نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که تیمار حرارتی با روغن کلزا موجب کاهش پارامترهای زبری و کاربردی سطح نمونهها نسبت به نمونههای شاهد شد. افزایش دمای تیمار تأثیر معنیداری را بر روی پارامترهای مذکور چوب نداشت. افزایش مدت زمان تیمار از2 ساعت به چهار ساعت تنها پارامتر کاربردی R'pk را بطور معنی دار کاهش داد. نتیجه گیری:نتایج به دست آمده از این تحقیق نشان داد که تیمار حرارتی با روغن کلزا در اکثر دماها و زمانهای تیمار موجب بهبود کیفیت سطح نمونهها شد.

تأثیر تیمار خمیرکاغذ کارتن کنگرهای کهنه با آنزیم لاکاز بر مقاومتهای آن
سابقه و هدف: کاغذهای تهیه شده از الیاف بازیافتی به علت تعدد چرخه بازیافت، دارای مقاومتهای کمتری نسبت به کاغذهای تهیه شده از الیاف بکر میباشند. به منظور رفع این مشکل، تاکنون راهکارهای مختلفی ارائه شده که استفاده از آنزیم-های تخصصی از جمله آنهاست. در حالی که استفاده از آنزیمها در صنایع خمیر و کاغذسازی هنوز در مرحله تحقیق و توسعه است، اما برخی از این واحدهای پیشتاز توانستهاند این فناوری را به کار گیرند. راهکارهای مختلفی برای تقویت اتصال الیاف بازیافتی و در نتیجه بهبود مقاومتهای کاغذ ساخته شده از آنها وجود دارد. یکی از این روشها استفاده از آنزیمهای اکسیدکننده مثل سلولاز و لاکاز است که موجب تسریع در لیگنینزدایی میشوند. بر اساس تحقیقات انجام شده، سیستم لاکاز- واسطهگر بیشترین تاثیر را بر روی افزایش مقاومتهای کاغذ داشته است. از جمله واسطهگرهای متداول لاکاز، ABTS و HBT هستند که دارای جرم مولکولی پایینی بوده و به عنوان بهترین اکسیدکننده قسمتهای غیرفنلی لیگنین مورد استفاده قرار می-گیرند. در این تحقیق اثر تیمار خمیرکاغذ کارتن کهنه با آنزیم لاکاز به منظور افزایش مقاومتهای کاغذهای بازیافتی مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روشها: خمیرکاغذ کارتن کنگرهای کهنه (OCC) از جعبه تغذیه یک واحد تولید کاغذهای بازیافتی در شمال کشور (شرکت افرنگ نور) تهیه شد و سپس کلاسهبندی الیاف آن توسط دستگاه باور مگنت انجام شد. برای تیمار آنزیمی خمیرکاغذ OCC از آنزیم لاکاز و واسطهگر HBT استفاده شد. شرایط تیمار آنزیمی شامل رساندن درصد خشکی به 2 و pH به 5 بود که در مدت زمان 2 ساعت و دمای 60 درجه سانتیگراد با سه سطح آنزیم (005/0، 01/0 و 015/0 درصد بر مبنای وزن خشک خمیرکاغذ) اعمال شد. برای ساخت کاغذ دستساز و اندازهگیری ویژگیهای آن از استاندارد TAPPI استفاده شد و نیز تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نتایج به کمک طرح آماری کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. یافتهها: نتایج کلاسهبندی الیاف خمیرکاغذ کارتن کنگرهای کهنه نشان داد که حدود 31 درصد وزن خمیرکاغذ OCC را نرمهها تشکیل میدهند. همچنین تجزیه و تحلیل آماری نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که تیمار خمیرکاغذ OCC با آنزیم لاکاز بر مقاومتهای کاغذ دستساز در سطح احتمال 99 درصد معنیدار است. با مصرف 005/0 درصد آنزیم لاکاز، شاخص مقاومت به کشش و ترکیدن کاغذ نسبت به نمونه شاهد به طور معنیداری افزایش یافت. آزمون دانکن نشان داد که بین میانگین این دو شاخص با مصرف 005/0 و 015/0 درصد آنزیم (بر مبنای وزن خشک خمیرکاغذ) اختلاف معنیداری وجود ندارد و در یک گروه آماری قرار میگیرند. روند تغییرات شاخص مقاومت به پاره شدن برعکس دو شاخص دیگر بوده و مقاومت کنکورای لایه میانی (CMT) در کلیه سطوح مورد استفاده آنزیم کاهش پیدا کرد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اهمیت و نقش دو مقاومت اصلی کشش و ترکیدن در کاغذهای تست لاینر که به طور قابل توجهی در صنایع بستهبندی کاربرد دارد، مصرف 005/0 درصد آنزیم لاکاز (نسبت به وزن خشک خمیرکاغذ) به همراه واسطهگر HBT برای بهبود این مقاومتها توصیه میشود. باتوجه به افت شاخص مقاومت کنکورای لایه میانی (CMT)، به کارگیری لاکاز برای تیمار خمیرکاغذ مورد استفاده در ساخت کاغذ کنگرهای مناسب نمیباشد.

بررسی تأثیر پلی پروپیلن بر ویژگی های فیزیکی و مکانیکی تخته خرده چوب ساخته شده از کلش برنج- خرده چوب صنعتی
سابقه و هدف: تولید محصولات فرآورده چوبی از پسماندهای کشاورزی با افزایش کمبود الیاف چوبی در جهان از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار شده است. پسماندهای کشاورزی، که با مقادیر زیادی سالانه در سرتاسر جهان تولید میشوند منابع اصلی قابل تجدید پذیر هستند. در مقایسه با الیاف سنتزی از قبیل شیشه، الیاف طبیعی کلش برنج فوایدی از قبیل قیمت کم، دانسیته پایین، فراوانی و توزیع گسترده، قابلیت بازیابی و زیست تخریب پذیری دارند. در مواجهه با کمبود جهانی منابع جنگلی، آلودگیهای زیست محیطی و از بین رفتن منابع بیولوژیکی ناشی از سوزاندن پسماندهای کشاورزی از جمله کلش برنج، تحقیقات قابل توجهی در زمینه استفاده از کلش برنج و پسماندهای کشاورزی دیگر به منظور تولید فرآوردههای چند سازه چوبی انجام شده است. در این تحقیق خواص فیزیکی و مکانیکی تخته خرده چوب ساخته شده از کلش برنج - خرده چوب صنعتی با پودر پلی پروپیلن مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. مواد و روشها: در این تحقیق نسبت وزنی کلش برنج به خرده چوب در چهار سطح (0 به 100 ، 15 به 85، 30 به 70، 45 به 55) و پلی-پروپیلن در سه سطح (0، 5، 10 درصد) به عنوان متغیرهای مستقل انتخاب گردید. خردهچوب صنعتی از شرکت صنعت چوب شمال تهیه شد. از چسب اوره فرم آلدهید به میزان 10 درصد وزن خشک ماده اولیه و کلرید آمونیوم به عنوان هاردنر به میزان 2 درصد وزن خشک چسب استفاده شد. پس از فرآیند مخلوط کردن مواد اولیه با یکدیگر، کیک خرده چوب در دمای 170 درجه سانتیگراد به مدت زمان 5 دقیقه تحت پرس گرم قرار گرفت. پس از ساخت تخته خرده چوب، خصوصیات فیزیکی و مکانیکی تختهها با استفاده از آنالیز واریانس در سطح اطمینان 5 درصد مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که افزایش کلش برنج به خرده چوب باعث افزایش جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت، کاهش مقاومت خمشی و مدول الاستیسیته و چسبندگی داخلی تختههای ساخته شده گردید. در حالیکه با افزایش درصد پلی پروپیلن، مقاومت خمشی، مدول الاستیسیته و چسبندگی داخلی تختهها افزایش یافت. همچنین جذب آب و واکشیدگی ضخامت نمونهها بعد از 2 و 24 ساعت غوطه وری در آب بهبود پیدا کرد. زیرا پلی پروپیلن با ذوب شدن در طی مراحل پرس گرم به عنوان یک ماده چسبنده غیر قطبی باعث اتصال ذرات به یکدیگر میشود. نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان داد، قابلیت بهکارگیری کلش برنج در سطح 30 درصد و پلی پروپیلن در سطح 10 درصد برای تختههای با اهداف عمومی (نجاری) به منظور استفاده در شرایط خشک وجود دارد.

بررسی عوامل موثر بر انتخاب مبلمان چوبی اداری از جانب مشتریان
سابقه و هدف: در راستای کسب مزیت رقابتی، مدیران بازاریابی به منظور تصمیم گیری در خصوص موضوعاتی از قبیل رقابت در توسعه سهم بازار، توسعه محصول جدید، تغییرات قیمت، تغییرات ویژگیهای محصول، تبلیغات و تغییر کانالهای توزیع بایستی خواستهها، نیازها، ادراک و رفتار خرید مشتریان را مورد مطالعه قرار دهنداین پژوهش با هدف بررسی عوامل مؤثر بر انتخاب مبلمان چوبی اداری از جانب مشتریان با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله مراتبی انجام شده است. مواد و روشها: با مرور ادبیات تحقیق عوامل و مولفههای اصلی، شناسایی و مدل مفهومی آن بر اساس الگوی ترکیبی شکلدهی شد. با تدوین پرسشنامه ای مشتمل بر 5 عامل اصلی و 45 عامل فرعی و به کمک 260 نفر از خریداران مبلمان چوبی اداری درمناطق نشانه گذاری شده در شهر تهران، اطلاعات مورد نیازجمعآوری شد. درجه اهمیت شاخصها و زیرشاخصها پس از اخذ آرای کارشناسان با بکارگیری فرآیند تحلیل سلسله مراتبی تعیین شد. پایایی پرسشنامه توسط آزمون آلفای کرونباخ اندازه گیری شد. یافتهها: ویژگیهای " فرایندی، کیفیتی و طراحی" و پس از آن ویژگیهای "اقتصادی و خدمات پس از فروش" بیشترین تاثیر را بر انتخاب مبلمان چوبی اداری از جانب مشتریان داشته است، همچنین زیرشاخصهای کیفیت مناسب مواد اولیه، فوم و قطعات چوبی، عمر مفید محصول با توجه به قیمت خرید، تحویل به موقع محصول، تناسب با فضای داخلی محیط، اندازه و حجم محصول در هنگام ارائه مشخصات فنی محصول و برتری محصولات مبلمان چوبی اداری در قیاس با محصولات مشابه بیشترین امتیازرا داشتهاند. نتیجه گیری: در مبلمان چوبی اداری بر خلاف مبلمان منزل که ظرافت مهم ترین عامل می باشد، عوامل کیفیتی و طراحی نقش بسزایی در انتخاب مشتریان دارند. همچنین توجه به قیمت تمام شده و تناسب قیمت فروش با ارزش مورد انتظار از یک محصول از مهم ترین خواسته های مشتریان در انتخاب مبلمان چوبی اداری می باشد.تولید کنندگان اینگونه محصولات بایستی جهت دستیابی به بازارهای صادراتی جدید و انتخاب از سوی مصرف کنندگان به ضمانت سازی محصول و قابلیت تعویض آن توجه ویژه ای مبذول دارند.اهمیت نسبتا کم شاخص های زیبایی، مد روز بودن و برند سازی محصولات متنوع مبلمان چوبی اداری می تواند نمایانگر نقش ویژه استحکام و کیفیت محصول و ضعف سازندگان داخلی اینگونه محصولات از دیدگاه مصرف کنندگان باشد. ازسوی دیگر بسیاری ازمشتریان هنوز از اهمیت نقش برند در صنایع گوناگون چوب آگاه نیستند. برندسازی موفق در صنعت مبلمان چوبی، سبب افزایش قدرت رقابتپذیری محصولات تولیدی در قیاس با محصولات مشابه میگردد. به نظر میرسد که توجه به نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش میتواند راهنمای بسیار خوبی جهت نیل به خواسته هاو نیا زهای مشتریان و دستیابی به بازارهای نوین برای صادرات اینگونه محصولات می باشد.

تاثیر فاصله کاشت بر دانسیته و بیومتری الیاف چوب صنوبر دلتوئیدس (مطالعه موردی در جنگل ساری)
چکیده سابقه و هدف: کارخانه چوب و کاغذ مازندران به منظور تامین مواد اولیه جهت تولید کاغذ اقدام به کشت گونه تندرشد صنوبر در فواصل کاشت مختلف نموده است. این عامل میتواند مقدار رویش قطری، ارتفاعی و در نهایت کیفیت چوب درختان به دلیل رقابت ریشهای و تاجی در کسب نور، آب و مواد غذایی را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. بنابراین تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر فاصله کاشت و محور طولی درخت بر دانسیته خشک و خواص بیومتری الیاف چوب صنوبر دلتوئیدس مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. مواد و روشها: تعداد 9 اصله درخت سالم صنوبر (Populus deltoids) در سه فاصله کاشت (2×2، 2×3 و 3×3 مترمربع) در طرح جنگلکاری صنایع چوب و کاغذ مازندران انتخاب و سه دیسک در محور طولی درخت از ارتفاع برابر سینه، 50 درصد و 75 درصد ازارتفاع درختان برای محاسبه خواص چوب صنوبر (دانسیته خشک، طول الیاف، قطر الیاف، ضخامت دیواره سلولی، ضریب انعطاف پذیری، نسبت رانکل و نسبت درهمرفتگی) بریده شد. یافتهها: آزمون تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تاثیر مستقل فاصله کاشت بر دانسیته خشک، ابعاد الیاف و نسبت درهمرفتگی معنیدار و بر ضریب انعطافپذیری و نسبت رانکل غیرمعنیدار است. تاثیر مستقل محور طولی درخت بر دانسیته خشک و خواص بیومتری غیرمعنیدار است. تاثیر متقابل فاصله کاشت و محور طولی درخت بر همه خواص چوب صنوبر دلتوئیدس به غیر از قطر الیاف غیرمعنیدار است. بیشترین میانگین دانسیته خشک، طول الیاف، قطر الیاف، ضخامت دیواره سلولی و ضریب انعطافپذیری در فاصله کاشت 2×2 و کمترین میانگین آن در فاصله کاشت 2×3 مترمربع مشاهده شد. نسبت درهمرفتگی و رانکل در فاصله کاشت 2×3 مترمربع نسبت به سایر فواصل کاشت بیشتر بود. ارتباط مثبت و معنیدار بین رویش طولی و قطری با دانسیته و ابعاد الیاف چوب صنوبر دلتوئیدس وجود دارد. نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده میتوان کاشت صنوبر دلتوئیدس در فواصل کمتر برای رفع کمبود ماده اولیه برای صنعت کاغذسازی مازندران جهت تولید کاغذ را پیشنهاد کرد. یافتهها: آزمون تجزیه واریانس نشان داد که تاثیر مستقل فاصله کاشت بر دانسیته خشک، ابعاد الیاف و نسبت درهمرفتگی معنیدار و بر ضریب انعطافپذیری و نسبت رانکل غیرمعنیدار است. تاثیر مستقل محور طولی درخت بر دانسیته خشک و خواص بیومتری غیرمعنیدار است. تاثیر متقابل فاصله کاشت و محور طولی درخت بر همه خواص چوب صنوبر دلتوئیدس به غیر از قطر الیاف غیرمعنیدار است. بیشترین میانگین دانسیته خشک، طول الیاف، قطر الیاف، ضخامت دیواره سلولی و ضریب انعطافپذیری در فاصله کاشت 2×2 و کمترین میانگین آن در فاصله کاشت 2×3 مترمربع مشاهده شد. نسبت درهمرفتگی و رانکل در فاصله کاشت 2×3 مترمربع نسبت به سایر فواصل کاشت بیشتر بود. ارتباط مثبت و معنیدار بین رویش طولی و قطری با دانسیته و ابعاد الیاف چوب صنوبر دلتوئیدس وجود دارد. واژههای کلیدی: صنوبر دلتوئیدس، فاصله کاشت، دانسیته، بیومتری الیاف،

برآورد مساحت تاج تکدرختان بنه با استفاده از DSM تصاویر هوایی پهپاد در جنگل تحقیقاتی بنه استان فارس
سابقه و هدف: تاجپوشش درختان در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک از اهمیت زیادی برخوردارند زیرا بخشهایی از زمین که زیر تاج درختان قرار دارند، محیطی مناسب برای اسقرار تجدید حیات و حیات سایر موجودات زنده است. بنابراین آگاهی از وضعیت تاج-پوشش درختان و درختچهها، پایش تغییرات و ارزیابی سلامت آنها ضروری به نظر میرسد. دادههای سنجش از دور برداشت شده بوسیله اغلب ماهوارهها، امکان اندازهگیری نااریب مساحت تاج تکدرختان را فراهم نمیآورد زیرا از توان تفکیک مکانی مناسب برای این منظور برخوردار نیستند. از طرف دیگر، دسترسی به این دادهها در زمان مورد نظر پژوهشگر همواره میسر نیست و در صورت دسترسی، هزینه تهیه آنها زیاد است. پیشرفتهای روزافزون سنجش از دور منجر به دسترسی پژوهشگران به پهپاد یا هواپیمای بدون سرنشین شده که تصاویر برداشت شده توسط این سکو علاوه بر برخورداری از توان تفکیک مکانی بسیار زیاد برای مطالعه دقیق ویژگیهای زیستسنجی تکدرختان، دسترسی به تصاویر در زمان مطلوب پژوهشگر را نیز ممکن کرده است. با توجه به این موضوع، مطالعه حاضر با هدف ارزیابی کارایی تصاویر پهپاد و مدل رقومی سطح زمین (DSM) حاصل از تصاویر استریو آنها برای برآورد مساحت تاج تکدرختان بنه در ناحیه رویشی زاگرس انجام شد. همچنین بررسی تأثیر اندازه توان تفکیک مکانی DSM بر صحت و دقت برآورد مساحت تاج درختان هدف دیگر این مطالعه بود. مواد و روشها: بخشی از جنگل تحقیقاتی بنه با مساحت 45 هکتار پوشیده از یک توده خالص بنه در استان فارس انتخاب شد. در مهرماه 1395، منطقه مورد نظر با 1076 قطعه تصویر هوایی با توان تفکیک مکانی سه سانتیمتر برداشت شده بوسیله یک پهپاد با ارتفاع پرواز 70 متر تصویربرداری شد. این تصاویر که به صورت استریو برداشت شده بود، با استفاده از 12 نقطه کنترل زمینی ثبت شده با دستگاه موقعیتیاب جهانی سه فرکانسه Leica Viva GS15 تصحیح شده و موزاییک آنها تهیه شد. پس از آن، DSM حاصل از فرآیند پردازش Bundle adjustment با سه توان تفکیک مکانی سه، 50 و 100 سانتیمتر تولید شد. تعداد 100 درخت بنه که قبلاً موقعیت مکانی آنها ثبت شده و مساحت تاج آنها اندازهگیری شده بود، در محدوده مورد بررسی به طور تصادفی انتخاب شدند. ابتدا به کمک الگوریتم پیشنهادی مبتنی بر پردازش شیء مبنا تاج درختان به صورت اتوماتیک از لایه DSM استخراج شدند. سپس میانگین مساحت تاج به دست آمده از DSM تصویر پهپاد و مقدار واقعی آنها با آزمون t جفتی مقایسه شد. همچنین از سه شاخص جذر میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE)، کارایی مدل (ME) و امتیاز اریبی (BS) برای ارزیابی دقت نتایج استفاده شد. یافتهها: ارتوفتوموزاییک منطقه مورد مطالعه با RMSE برابر 8 سانتیمتر تهیه شد. از 100 درخت بنه تصادفی که برای این پژوهش انتخاب شده بود، در DSM با توان تفکیک مکانی سه، 50 و 100 سانتیمتر به ترتیب 100، 89 و 80 درخت قابل شناسایی بودند. اگرچه بین میانگین واقعی مساحت تاج 80 درخت (3/51 مترمربع) شناسایی شده در هر سه DSM و میانگین مساحت تاج روی سه DSM سه (6/42 مترمربع)، 50 (5/44 مترمربع) و 100 سانتیمتر (2/39 مترمربع) اختلاف معنیداری (در سطح 05/0) وجود نداشت ولی همبستگی آنها کاهش پیدا کرد. علاوه بر این، با کاهش توان تفکیک مکانی DSM مقدار RMSE افزایش و مقدار ME و BS کاهش پیدا کرد. نتیجهگیری: به طور کلی، نتیجهگیری شد که DSM تصاویر پهپاد ابزاری مناسب برای شناسایی و اندازهگیری مساحت تاج تک-درختان بنه در منطقه مورد مطالعه بود که به وضوح، تاج درختان را از سایه و سایر پدیدهها جدا کرد. علاوه بر این، نشان داده شد که با کاهش توان تفکیک مکانی DSM، پردازش دادهها تسهیل شده و اختلاف معنیداری بین اندازهگیریها و مقدار واقعی وجود نداشت ولی از دقت نتایج کاسته شد.

مقایسه قابلیت دادههای سنجنده های WorldView-2، Pleiades-2و IRS-LISS III در برآورد موجودی جنگل (مطالعه موردی: جنگل آموزشی پژوهشی دارابکلا- ساری)
چکیده سابقه و هدف: آگاهی از وضعیت مشخصههای کمی جنگل همانند موجودی سرپا، یکی از مهمترین اصول در برنامهریزی و تصمیمگیری مدیریت جنگل میباشد. هدف از این مطالعه، مقایسه قابلیت دادههای سنجندههای مختلف و روشهای ناپارامتری در برآورد موجودی سرپای جنگل میباشد. مواد و روشها: منطقه مورد مطالعه سری یک جنگل دارابکلا در استان مازندران در جنوب شرق ساری است با مساحت 2612 هکتار که در حوزه آبخیز 74 اداره کل منابع طبیعی شهرستان ساری واقع شده است. با استفاده از روش نمونه برداری منظم -تصادفی با قطعات 10 آری با شبکه آماربرداری 330 در 500 متر ، 150 قطعه نمونه دایره ای برداشت گردید. پیشپردازش و پردازشهای لازم همانند نسبت گیری، ایجاد شاخصهای گیاهی و آنالیز بافت بر روی تصاویر ماهوارهای سه سنجنده WorldView-2، Pleiades-2 وIRS-LISS III انجام شد. سپس ارزش متناظر با قطعه نمونه ها از تمام باندها استخراج گردید. برای مدلسازی در این مطالعه از روشهای مختلف رگرسیونی شامل واریانت های مختلف روش نزدیکترین همسایه، کرنلهای مختلف روش ماشین بردار پشتیبان و روش جنگل تصادفی استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج مربوط به مدلسازی موجودی سرپا با استفاده از روش ماشین بردار پیشتبان(SVM) نشان داد بهترین کرنل به ترتیب برای سنجنده worldview- 2،IRS-LISS III وPleiades-2 چند جمله ای، توابع پایه شعاعیRBF)) و چندجمله ای، با درصد مجذورمیانگین مربعات خطای 57/34، 5/49، 03/43 بود. در روش نزدیک ترین همسایه(KNN) بهترین واریانت برای سه سنجنده مذکور به ترتیب شبیشف(Chebychev)، شبیشف (Chebychev) و سیتی بلاک (City block) با درصد مجذورمیانگین مربعات خطای 18/41، 09/55 و 97/46 بود . در روش جنگل تصادفی درصد مجذورمیانگین مربعات خطا برای این سه سنجنده به ترتیب برابر با 33/31 ، 91/48 و 68/45 بود . نتایج نشان داد بهترین مدل برای برآورد موجودی سرپا، مربوط به الگوریتم جنگل تصادفی و دادههای تصاویر WorldView-2 با درصد مجذور میانگین مربعات خطا برابر با 33/31 درصد و اریبی نسبی برابر با 8/2 درصد بود. دلیل بهتر بودن نتایج سنجنده World Veiw2 نسبت به سنجنده Pleiades وجود تعداد باند بیشتر و عرض کمتر باندها میباشد. زیرا هرچه تعداد باند بیشتر و عرض باند باریکتر باشد اطلاعات در باندهای مختلفی ذخیره می شوند و نسبت سیگنال به نویز افزایش می یابد در نتیجه آشکارسازی پدیده ها بهتر صورت می گیرد و دقت نتایج نیز بالاتر می رود. نتیجه گیری: نتایج تفاوت زیادی بین الگوریتمهای ناپارامتریک از نظر میزان درصد مجذور میانگین مربعات خطا نشان نداد ولی از نظر سنجنده تفاوت زیادی مشاهده گردید. نتایج کلی این مطالعه نشان داد سنجندهها و روشهای رگرسیونی مورد استفاده در این مطالعه، دارای قابلیت نسبتا مناسبی در برآورد موجودی جنگل میباشند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد علاوه بر قدرت تفکیک مکانی سنجنده ها، قدرت تفکیک طیفی آنها نیز تأثیر چشمگیری در بالا بردن دقت نتایج مدلسازی موجودی جنگل با استفاده از تصاویر ماهواره ای دارد.

ارزیابی مزیت و شکاف تکنولوژیکی مدیریت پایدار جنگل
سابقه و هدف: امروزه انسان به این مهم رسیده است که بقای آینده گان تابع مدیریت نسل حاضر است بنابراین برای حفظ امکان بقای نسلهای امروز و فردا، تفکر توسعه پایدار و مدیریت پایدار را پذیرفته و راهی بجز آن متصور نیست. به منظور دستیابی به این مفهوم اقدام به سیاستگذاری و برنامه ریزی در سطوح بین المللی، ملی و محلی نموده و راههای اجرای بهینه آن را بررسی می نماید. تفکر مدیریت پایدار منابع طبیعی و همچنین جنگلها در این راستا مورد توجه قرار گرفته، ولی متاسفانه به کندی پیش می رود و نیاز به محرکی دارد که متناسب با شرایط امروزه و نیازهای فردا عمل نماید. بنابراین در این پژوهش تکنولوژی به عنوان یکی از اصل های توسعه پایدار و محرکی برای رسیدن به مدیریت پایدار جنگل مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. هدف این تحقیق ارزیابی ظرفیت ها و نیازهای تکنولوژیکی جهت دستیابی به مدیریت پایدار جنگل می باشد. مواد و روش ها: مزیت و شکاف تکنولوژیکی برای دستیابی به مدیریت پایدار جنگل در استان همدان با ابزار کپ تک بررسی شده است. برای این منظور از معیارها و شاخصهای تکنولوژی و اصول مدیریت پایدار جنگل استفاده شده است. این تحقیق از نوع پیمایشی توصیفی با جامعه هدف کارشناسان بخش جنگل اداره کل منابع طبیعی و با نمونه برداری غیر احتمالی هدفمند بوده است. یافته ها: نتایج این بررسی نشان داد که اصل های مدیریت پایدار جنگل بر اساس معیارها و شاخص های تکنولوژی ابزار کپ تک دارای مزیت کلی 40 درصد و شکاف 60 درصد می باشند. کمترین مزیت موزون در پارامتر سیستم ها و رویه ها با مقدار 33 درصد و بیشترین میزان مزیت موزون در پارامتر سطح پشتیبانی و بهینه سازی با مقدار 49 درصد می باشد. بیشترین مزیت معیار رویکرد مدیریتی مربوط به شاخص فرهنگ سازمانی به مقدار 49 درصد و کمترین مزیت مربوط به شاخص حل مساله با مقدار 35 درصد می باشد. بر اساس شاخص های رویکرد مدیریتی، اصل اول مدیریت پایدار جنگل، یعنی سیاست، برنامه ریزی و چارچوب های سازمانی، بیشترین مزیت را که مقداری برابر 50 درصد می باشد را کسب کرده است و کمترین مزیت مربوط به اصل پنجم، یعنی توافق ذی نفعان برای حفظ سلامت اکوسیستم جنگل و رفاه انسان های وابسته به جنگل به مقدار 38 درصد به دست آمد. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به اهمیت مدیریت پایدار جنگل و اهمیت تکنولوژی و مدیریت آن در عصر حاضر که در دستور کار 21 هم مورد تاکید قرار گرفته، ضروری است تا از تکنولوژی و ظرفیت های آن جهت دستیابی به اهداف استفاده نموده و برای این منظور می بایست نقاط قوت و ضعف تکنولوژیکی برای سیاستگذاری و برنامه ریزی بهینه را شناخت.

چکیده سابقه و هدف: امروزه استفاده از شاخصهای اکولوژیک برای شناخت وضعیت اکوسیستمها و پایش و ارزیابی تغییرات ایجاد شده در طی زمان، در کشورهای پیشرفته به صورت امری متداول درآمده است. از جمله شاخصهای اکولوژیک که ضعف اطلاعات آن به خوبی مشهود است، آگاهی از توان تولید زیتوده اکوسیستمهای جنگلی و گونههای آن است. مواد و روشها: هدف از این تحقیق استفاده از روابط آلومتریک درختان بلوط زاگرس به منظور برآورد زیتوده آنها یا دستیابی به معادلات محلی برای برآورد زیتوده روی زمین گونه بلوط ایرانی، در منطقه مله شبانان خرمآباد صورت گرفته است. به این منظور در منطقه ملهشبانان خرمآباد 28 اصله جستگروه از گونه بلوط ایرانی به روش تصادفی (بدون جایگزینی) انتخاب شد. قطر برابر زانو، قطر برابر سینه، قطر تاج و ارتفاع کل درختان سرپا اندازهگیری و سپس درختان قطع شدند. اجزای مختلف درخت شامل تنه و سرشاخه تفکیک و توزین گردیدند و جهت تعیین نسبت وزن خشک به وزن تر، دیسکهایی از قسمتهای مختلف درختان گرفته و به آزمایشگاه منتقل شدند. با استفاده از این نسبت، وزن خشک تاج، تنه و در نهایت زیتوده چوبی روی زمین محاسبه شد. یافتهها: از 28 پایه مورد مطالعه، 26 پایه با پراکنش مناسب انتخاب گردید. با استفاده از مدلهای رگرسیونی ترکیبی و همچنین توابع پایه خطی، درجه 2، نمایی و توانی، معادلات آلومتریک با ضریب تبیین بالا در سطح احتمال 95/0 بهدست آمد. نتیجه برازش رگرسیون گام به گام برای برآورد زیتوده درخت نشان داد که در صورت استفاده از مدل ترکیبی شامل مولفههای قطر در ارتفاع برابر زانو و قطر متوسط تاج درخت به عنوان متغیرهای برآوردکننده، مدل مناسبتر، مدل ترکیبی 121.239- 3.946X+39.856 X1=y و مقدار ضریب تبیین 8/0، که X1 قطر متوسط تاج بر حسب متر و X2 قطر درخت در ارتفاع برابر زانو بر حسب سانتیمتر بود. نتیجه برازش مدلهای پایه رگرسیونی خطی، توانی، نمایی و درجه2 برای برآورد وزن خشک کل درخت نشان داد که در صورت استفاده از قطر متوسط تاج درخت به عنوان متغیر برآوردکننده، مدل مناسبتر، مدل درجه2 بود. از بین متغیرهای مختلف، قطر متوسط تاج متغیر مناسبتری برای پیشبینی زیتوده درخت بود که بهترین مدل رگرسیونی بهدست آمده، مدل رگرسیونی درجه2 با ضریب تبیین 927/0 بود نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان داد که در مقایسه بین مدلهای رگرسیونی ترکیبی و توابع پایه خطی، توانی، نمایی و درجه 2، بهترین مدل برای برآورد زیتوده درخت بلوط، مدل رگرسیونی درجه2 بر مبنای قطر متوسط تاج با ضریب تبیین 927/0 بود. همچنین با مقایسه متغیرهای برآوردکننده برای مدلسازی زیتوده درخت میتوان نتیجه گرفت که بهطور کلی برای گونه بلوط ایرانی، استفاده از قطر متوسط تاج به عنوان متغیر برآوردکننده، میتواند برآورد بهتر و مناسبتری از زیتوده درختان را نشان دهد.

ارزیابی اکولوژیک جنگلکاری های سوزنی برگ و پهن برگ نکا در شرق مازندران (مطالعه موردی: منطقه قرمرض)
سابقه و هدف:استفاده از شاخص های تنوع زیستی گیاهی و جانوری و همچنین زادآوری طبیعی از روش های متداول ارزیابی توان اکولوژیک در توده های جنگلی است. این تحقیق به بررسی کمی و کیفی درختان، وضعیت زادآوری طبیعی و تنوع زیستی (پوشش گیاهی و بی مهرگان خاکزی) جنگلکاری های 20 ساله بلندمازو، پلت و بروسیا در جنگل های نکا پرداخته است. محل مورد مطالعه در شرق استان مازندران و در جنگل های پایین بند بخش دو نکا قرار دارد. مواد و روش ها: در این بررسی از هر عرصه جنگلکاری بلندمازو، پلت و بروسیا نه قطعه نمونه 1500 مترمربعی تعیین و در هر قطعه نمونه نیز سه میکروقطعه نمونه 49 مترمربعی به صورت منظم تصادفی انتخاب شد که شامل 27 میکروقطعه نمونه برای هر جنگلکاری و در مجموع 81 میکروقطعه نمونه در سه عرصه جنگلکاری بوده است. انجام بررسی کمی و کیفی درختان (قطر برابرسینه، ارتفاع و کیفیت درخت) با آماربرداری صد در صد و در سه جنگلکاری شامل 6088 اصله درخت انجام شد. تعیین زادآوری طبیعی، تنوع پوشش گیاهی و تنوع بی مهرگان خاکزی با بررسی81 عدد میکرو قطعه نمونه و در سه مرحله مجزا انجام شد. شاخص های تنوع با استفاده از شاخص های سیمپسون و شانون- واینر و مقادیر غنا و یکنواختی به ترتیب با استفاده از شاخص های مارگالف و منهنیک محاسبه شدند. تجزیه و تحلیل میانگین آماره های کمی در عرصه های مختلف بااستفاده از آزمون تجزیه واریانس یک طرفه انجام شد. یافته ها: براساس نتایج این تحقیق درختان جنگلکاری بروسیا با کمترین فراوانی در هکتار از مناسب ترین شرایط کمی و کیفی برخوردار بوده و پس از آن به ترتیب جنگلکاری های بلندمازو و پلت جای گرفتند. همچنین میانگین فراوانی تجدید حیات طبیعی در هر مترمربع از جنگلکاری های بروسیا، پلت و بلندمازو به ترتیب روند کاهشی داشته است. از سوی دیگر براساس شاخص شانون- واینر، تنوع گونه ای گیاهان عرصه بروسیا از بیشترین مقدار برخوردار بوده و پس از آن به ترتیب جنگلکاری های بلندمازو و پلت جای گرفتند. مقادیر تنوع بی مهرگان خاکزی مورد بررسی نیز بر اساس شاخص های شانون- واینر و سیمپسون در جنگلکاری پلت از بیشترین مقدار برخوردار بوده و پس از آن به ترتیب کاهش در جنگلکاری های بروسیا و بلوط وجود داشته است. نتیجه گیری: در مجموع نتایج این تحقیق حاکی از برتری کمی و کیفی، زادآوری طبیعی و تنوع گونه ای گیاهان در عرصه جنگلکاری گونه بروسیا نسبت به دو گونه بومی پهن برگ پلت و بلندمازو بوده است. با توجه به کاهش تعداد پایه های بروسیا که حاصل قاچاق چوب می باشد،. این تحقیق جدای از توصیه بر استفاده از گونه های مناسب سوزنی برگ سازگار در عملیات جنگلکاری مناطق تخریب یافته، بر انجام عملیات پرورشی تنک کردن در عرصه های جنگلکاری تاکید دارد چرا که عدم کاهش فراوانی و افزایش رشد درختان در واحد سطح می تواند منجر به کاهش متغیرهای کمی و کیفی درختان و همچنین تنزل زادآوری طبیعی و تنوع گونه ای گیاهان شود.

مقایسه عملکرد شبکه عصبی پرسپترون چند لایه و تابع پایه شعاعی در پیشبینی حجم صنعتی و هیزمی حاصل از درختان
سابقه و هدف: در مدیریت منابع جنگلی، فرآیندهای تصمیمگیری مثل عوامل کیفی در معادلات ریاضی وارد نمیشوند. درسالهای اخیر شبکههای عصبی، کاربرد فراوانی در منابع جتگلی داشتهاند. این تحقیق به مقایسه شبکه عصبی پرسپترون چندلایه و شبکه تابع پایه شعاعی در پیشبینی حجم صنعتی و هیزمی درختان پرداخته است. بررسی عملکرد شبکههای مختلف و یافتن بهترین نوع آن برای دستیابی به نتایج قابل قبول و معتبر از اهداف این مطالعه میباشد. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه، تعداد 367 اصله درخت از درختان نشانه-گذاری شده جنگل آموزشی پژوهشی خیرود انتخاب و متغیرهای قطر برابر سینه، قطر کنده، ارتفاع کنده، ارتفاع کل، طول صنعتی، حداقل قطر میانه گردهبینه، وضعیت درخت، نوع گونه و عوامل توپوگرافی مثل شیب، جهت، ارتفاع از سطح دریا به عنوان ورودی شبکه درنظر گرفته شدند. حجم صنعتی و حجم هیزمی درختان پس از تجدید حجم صد در صد مشخص شد و به عنوان خروجی شبکه در نظر گرفنه شد. برای مدلسازی از شبکههای عصبی پرسپترون چند لایه و شبکه تابع پایه شعاعی استفاده شد. برای آموزش شبکه پرسپترون چند لایه از تابع تانژانت هیپربولیک و برای شبکه تابع پایه شعاعی، تابع Softmax در لایه مخفی و تابع خطی در لایه خروجی به همراه الگوریتم نزول گرادیان با مومنتم استفاده گردید. برای مدلسازی دادهها به سه قسمت آموزش، اعتبارسنجی و تست تقسیم شدند که نسبت هر کدام به ترتیب برابر با 70%، 15% و 15% بود. تعیین تعداد لایهها پنهان و نرونهای هر لایه نیز با آزمون و خطا صورت گرفت و تا زمان رسیدن مقدار خطا به حداقل ممکن ادامه یافت. یافتهها: طبق نتایج مقدار ضریب تبیین برای حجم صنعتی و هیزمی به ترتیب در شبکه پرسپترون چند لایه 94/0، 71/0 مترمکعب و در شبکه تابع پایه شعاعی 88/0، 65/0 مترمکعب میباشد. میزانRMSE نیز برای حجم صنعتی و هیزمی به ترتیب در شبکه پرسپترون چند لایه 297/1، 331/0 مترمکعب و در شبکه تابع پایه شعاعی 72/3 ، 397/0 مترمکعب گزارش شد. نتیجهگیری: نتایج حاکی از عملکرد بهتر شبکه پرسپترون چند لایه نسبت به شبکه تابع پایه شعاعی برای پیشبینی حجم صنعتی و هیزمی میباشد و تنها مزیت شبکه تابع پایه شعاعی نسبت به شبکه پرسپترون چند لایه در پیشبینی حجم صنعتی و هیزمی، زمان کوتاهتر موردنیاز برای آموزش میباشد. استفاده از شبکه و مدلی که با داشتن متغیرهای متعدد در میان شبکهها و مدلهای موجود دارای دقت بالاتری بوده، در اولویت قرار دارد. بنابراین با توجه به نوین و توانا بودن این تکنیک، نیاز به شناسایی گسترهای از کاربردهای بالقوه آن در جامعه علوم جنگل به عنوان ابزار جایگزین، احساس میشود.

مدلسازی اندوخته کربن روی زمینی جنگلهای زاگرس با استفاده از دادههای زمینی و تصاویر ماهواره لندست 8
سابقه و هدف: اهمیت اطلاع از اندخته کربن روی زمینی جنگل برای مدیریت جنگل در سطح محلی، مدیریت اراضی در سطوح منطقهای و گزارش انتشار کربن در سطوح ملی و بینالمللی مهم است. به همین سبب یافتن روشهای کمهزینه و سریع برای برآورد اندوخته کربن در محدودههای وسیع به یک ضرورت تبدیل شده است. بر این اساس، در سالهای اخیر ارزیابی قابلیت دادههای منابع مختلف سنجشازدوری در برآورد اندوخته کربن روی زمینی جنگلها مورد بررسی قرار گرفته است. در این تحقیق قابلیت تصاویر ماهواره لندست 8 برای برآورد اندوخته کربن تودههای شاخهزاد بلوط جنگل های زاگرس بررسی گردید. همچنین کارایی چهار روش مدلسازی ناپارامتری شامل جنگل تصادفی، شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی، کوبیست و رگرسیون اسپلاین تطبیقی چندگانه بررسی شد. مواد و روشها: منطقه مورد مطالعه در بخشی از جنگلهای زاگرس و در استان کرمانشاه در دو منطقه سرفیروزآباد (جنگل شدیداً دستخورده) و گهواره (جنگل با حداقل دستخوردگی) انجام گرفت. تعداد 124 قطعه نمونه با ابعاد 30×30 متر در یک شبکۀ آماربرداری 200×200 متر در دو منطقه مورد بررسی با استفاده از روش منظم با شروع تصادفی برداشت، و با استفاده از روابط آلومتریک مختص گونه بلوط، مقدار کربن روی زمینی در این نمونهها محاسبه شد. برای مدلسازی اندوخته کربن روی زمینی با استفاده از داده-های سنجشازدوری، از متغیرهای مختلف استخراجشده از تصاویر لندست 8 مانند مقدارهای باندهای، نسبتگیریهای باندی، شاخصهای گیاهی، تجزیه مؤلفههای اصلی و تبدیل تسلدکپ بهعنوان متغیر مستقل و مقدارهای محاسبهشده اندوخته کربن روی -زمینی در قطعه نمونههای برداشت شده بهعنوان متغیر وابسته استفاده شد. ارزیابی صحت نتایج چهار روش ناپارامتری مدلسازی جنگل تصادفی، شبکههای عصبی مصنوعی، کوبیست و رگرسیون اسپلاین تطبیقی چندگانه مورد استفاده در این پژوهش با استفاده از اعتبارسنجی متقابل و به روش Leave-one-out صورت گرفته و از معیارهای ارزیابی ضریب تبیین، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا و اریبی استفاده شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد دقت برآورد اندوخته کربن در منطقه کمتر دستخورده بیشتر از منطقه دستخورده است. مقایسه نتایج روشهای مدلسازی مورد استفاده در این مطالعه نشان داد که اختلاف قابل توجهی در بین نتایج روشهای به کار گرفته شده وجود ندارد و استفاده از روشهای مختلف تاثیر چندانی در بهبود نتایج نداشت. علاوهبراین، استفاده از کل نمونههای در یک مدل بدون تفکیک نمونهها براساس منطقه مورد مطالعه سبب افزایش صحت برآوردها در منطقه دستخورده شد. نتیجهگیری کلی: نتایج برآوردها با ضریب تبیین بیشتر از 7/0 و درصد ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا نزدیک به 32% در مجموع هر دو منطقه مورد بررسی، بیانگر توانایی نسبتا مناسب تصاویر لندست 8 و روشهای ناپارامتری در کمی کردن اندوخته کربن در جنگلهای زاگرس با صرفهجویی در وقت و هزینه است.

مقایسه مشخصههای کمی و کیفی ساختار تودههای مدیریتشده و مدیریت نشده (مطالعه موردی: طرح جنگلداری لوه و طرح جنگلداری خان دوشان)
سابقه و هدف: هدف از این مطالعه مقایسه مشخصههای کمی و کیفی ساختار تودههای مدیریتشده (طرح جنگلداری لوه) و مدیریت نشده (طرح جنگلداری خاندوشان) در شهرستان گالیکش، استان گلستان میباشد. مواد و روشها: نمونهبرداری به روش منظم تصادفی با قطعات نمونه دایرهای در منطقه موردمطالعه پیاده گردید و در هر قطعهنمونه اطلاعات نوع گونه، قطر برابرسینه، ارتفاع و درجه کیفی تنه تمام درختان با قطر برابرسینه بیشتر از 5/12 سانتیمتر و زادآوری اندازهگیری و ثبت شد. یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که بین دو توده مدیریتشده و مدیریت نشده ازنظر تعداد، رویهزمینی و حجم سرپا درختان در هکتار تفاوت معنیداری در سطح احتمال 99 درصد بین دو توده وجود دارد. تعداد درختان در هکتار در توده مدیریتشده نسبت به توده مدیریت نشده بیشتر است ولی رویهزمینی و حجم سرپا در هکتار در توده مدیریت نشده بیشتر از توده مدیریتشده میباشد. ازنظر تعداد، رویه زمینی و حجم سرپا درختان در هکتار بر اساس درجات کیفی تفاوت معنیداری در سطح احتمال 95 درصد بین دو توده وجود ندارد ولی میزان درختان سالم و درختان درجه کیفی 1 و 2 در توده مدیریتشده بیشتر از توده مدیریت نشده است. شاخصهای تنوع گونهای درختی در توده مدیریتشده بیشتر و شاخصهای یکنواختی در توده مدیریت نشده بیشتر میباشد. نتایج نشان داد که بین دو توده مدیریتشده و مدیریت نشده ازنظر تجدید حیات تفاوت معنیداری در سطح احتمال 95 درصد بین دو توده وجود ندارد ولی تجدید حیات توده مدیریتشده بیشتر از توده مدیریت نشده میباشد. نتیجهگیری: بهطورکلی نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان میدهد که تودههای مدیریتشده در اکثر موارد ازنظر مشخصههای کمی و کیفی ساختار، ترکیب و تنوع توده دارای شرایط بهتری به دلیل اجرای طرح جنگلداری داشتهاند و این امر نشان از اثربخشی مدیریت طرحهای جنگلداری بر حفظ و بهبود ساختار، ترکیب و تنوع تودههای جنگلی میباشد. نتیجهگیری: بهطورکلی نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان میدهد که تودههای مدیریتشده در اکثر موارد ازنظر مشخصههای کمی و کیفی ساختار، ترکیب و تنوع توده دارای شرایط بهتری به دلیل اجرای طرح جنگلداری داشتهاند و این امر نشان از اثربخشی مدیریت طرحهای جنگلداری بر حفظ و بهبود ساختار، ترکیب و تنوع تودههای جنگلی میباشد.نتیجهگیری: بهطورکلی نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان میدهد که تودههای مدیریتشده در اکثر موارد ازنظر مشخصههای کمی و کیفی ساختار، ترکیب و تنوع توده دارای شرایط بهتری به دلیل اجرای طرح جنگلداری داشتهاند و این امر نشان از اثربخشی مدیریت طرحهای جنگلداری بر حفظ و بهبود ساختار، ترکیب و تنوع تودههای جنگلی میباشد.
