Nanostructures are synthesized through two mechanisms including top-down and bottom-up approaches. In this study, top-down partial dissolution was used as a simple and fast technique to produce nano cellulose. By controlling dissolution parameters such as time, the solvent interrupts the adjacent nanofibrils linking which is supplied through hydrogen bonds, and solves partially outer chains of nanofibril. During solvent rinsing, the partially dissolved chains re-solidified and welded each other, making consolidated structure in which the main components are undissolved native nanofibrils surrounded by cellulose type II and non-crystalline cellulose. Because of this, the final film was named nanopaper. This study considers the characteristics of fully biocompatible nanopaper directly produced from cotton linter fibers by partial dissolution method. Materials and Methods: Refining the cotton linter fibers were done in three steps; pneumatic, washing with hot water followed by treating with sodium hydroxide. The handsheets were made by TAPPI standard method. The partial dissolution of papers with high content of alpha cellulose were done in the solvent N,N-dimethylacetamide/ 9% lithium chloride (DMAc/LiCL) and translucent cellulose nanopaper was obtained through pressing and drying the resulting gel. To evaluate the properties of the nanopaper, field emission scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction, mechanical properties and thermal gravimetric analysis were used. Results: The diameter of undissolved nanofibrils in nanopaper fell between 60 and 66 nm. . Electron micrographs showed that nanopaper had more uniformity than paper. Visual transparency (back view) of nanopaper was significant due to the liberalization of cellulose nanostructures, the increase of uniformity and density, the loss of surface roughness and the increase of light transmission. The results of tensile properties showed that the nanopaper tensile stress was higher than that of paper. Paper and nanopaper tensile stress were 8.02 and 27.28 MPa, respectively and tensile modulus elasticity were 0.483 and 0.649 GPa, respectively. X-ray diffraction (XRD) of paper matched cellulose type I. During partial dissolution/re-solidification cellulose type II was appeared and non-crystalline phase increased judging from XRD data. The crystallinity degree of paper and nanopaper were measured 84.9 and 54.89%, respectively. The crystallite size of paper and nanopaper obtained 6.44 and 2.55 nm, respectively. The thermal stability of nanopaper was less than that of paper. Conclusions: In nanopaper structure, undesolved cellulose type Iβ (undesolved nanofibrils) played reinforcing phase role, and cellulose type (II) and the amorphous cellulose formed the matrix phase. Partial dissolution destroyed part of the crystals and after solvent rinsing and re-solidification, some parts of the amorphous chains were rearranged to form crystals of cellulose type II. Finally, a tough translucent nanopaper was produced by creating consolidated nano structures. The reduction of cellulose crystallinity in nanopaper resulted in the loss of thermal stability in nanopaper.}, keywords = {Biocompatible,Partial dissolution,Visual transparency,Cotton linter,Nano paper}, title_fa = {تولید و ارزیابی نانو کاغذ از لینتر پنبه به روش انحلال جزئی}, abstract_fa = {سابقه و هدف: استفاده از سلولز و محصولات سلولزی در تولید ترکیبات زیستی در مقیاس نانو به علت مقاومت زیاد، وزن کم و زیست تخریب پذیری مورد مطالعه فراوانی قرار گرفته است. نانوساختارها از طریق روش‌های بالا به پایین یا پایین به بالا بدست می‌آیند. در این مطالعه، روش بالا به پایین انحلال جزئی، به عنوان یک روش ساده و سریع، جهت تولید نانوسلولز مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. با کنترل شرایط انحلال نظیر زمان و حلال، ارتباط و اتصال جانبی نانوفیبریل‌های مجاور را که از طریق پیوندهای هیدروژنی تأمین می‌شود، قطع و به طور جزئی زنجیرهای بیرونی نانوفیبریل را حل می‌نماید. با توقف واکنش انحلال جزئی و خروج حلال نانوفیبریل‌هایی که به طور جزئی انحلال پیدا کردند به همدیگر جوش خورده و فیلمی تشکیل می‌گردد که چون کاملا از نانوفیبریل‌های سلولزی و سلولز آمورف تشکیل شده است به آن نانوکاغذ اطلاق می‌گردد تحقیق حاضر به بررسی ویژگی‌های این محصول نانوکاغذی کاملا زیست سازگار حاصل از الیاف لینتر پنبه با روش انحلال جزیی می‌پردازد. مواد و روش‌ها: خالص‌سازی الیاف لینتر پنبه طی سه مرحله‌ی پنوماتیکی، شستشو با آب داغ و پخت شیمیایی با هیدروکسید سدیم انجام شد. از خمیر کاغذ حاصل مطابق با استاندارد TAPPIکاغذهای دست ساز ساخته شد. انحلال جزئی کاغذهای محتوی آلفا سلولز زیاد، در حلال دی متیل استامیدی/ 9درصد لیتیم کلرید (DMAc/LiCL) انجام شد و از ژل حاصل با پرس و خشک کردن، فیلم سلولزی شفاف بدست آمد. به منظور ارزیابی خواص ریخت شناسی، ساختار بلورین، خواص مکانیکی و حرارتی به ترتیب از میکروسکوپ الکترونی روبشی گسیل میدان، پراش پرتو ایکس، آزمونگر خواص مکانیکی و تحلیل‌گر وزن سنجی گرمایی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: قطر نانوفیبریل‌های حل نشده با مطالعات میکروسکوپ الکترونی در حدود 60-66 نانومتر اندازه‌گیری شد. ریزنگارهای الکترونی، یکنواختی بافت نانوکاغذ را نسبت به کاغذ معمولی نشان داد. شفافیت بصری (پشت نمایی) نانو کاغذ به علت آزادسازی نانو ساختارهای سلولزی، یکپارچه شدن بافت، افزایش دانسیته و کاهش ناهمواری سطح و افزایش سطوح عبور نور قابل ملاحظه بود. نتایج خواص مکانیکی نشان داد که نانو کاغذ تنش کششی زیادتری را نسبت به کاغذ معمولی داشت. تنش کششی برای کاغذ و نانوکاغذ بترتیب 8.02و 27.28 (MPa) و مدول الاستیسیته کششی0.483 و 0.649(GPa) بدست آمد. الگوی پراش پرتو ایکس کاغذ معمولی، با سلولز نوع اول (I) مطابقت داشت. در اثر انحلال جزئی زنجیرهای بیرونی سلولزی نانوفیبریل‌ها در محیط حلال به طور نسبی آزاد شده و در اثر خروج حلال مجدد بازآرایی زنجیرها اتفاق افتاد. در بازآرایی مجدد بخش‌هایی به صورت بلورهای سلولز نوع دوم درآمده و نیز مقدار سلولز آمورف نیز افزایش می‌یابد. لذا در فرآیند انحلال جزئی و جامدشدن مجدد، نوع سلولز تغییر می‌کند. با بررسی اطلاعات پراش پرتو ایکس، پیک مرتبط با سلولز نوع دوم (II) و افزایش فاز آمورف در نانوکاغذ مشاهده شد، درجه بلورینگی کاغذ و نانوکاغذ به‌ ترتیب از 84.9 به   54.89 درصد محاسبه شد. اندازه نانو بلورهای سلولزی در کاغذ 6.44 نانومتر و در نانوکاغذ 2.55 نانومتر بدست آمد. نتایج بررسی پایداری حرارتی نشان داد که نانوکاغذ پایداری حرارتی کمتری نسبت به کاغذ معمولی داشت. نتیجه‌گیری: در ساختار نانوکاغذ، سلولز نوع βI حل نشده (نانو فیبریل‌های حل نشده) فاز تقویت‌کننده و سلولز نوع دوم (II) و نواحی بی‌شکل فاز زمینه را تشکیل می‌دهد. انحلال جزئی، بخشی از بلور‌ها را تخریب می‌کند و با خروج حلال و سخت‌شدن مجدد، بخشی از زنجیرهای ناحیه بی‌شکل بازآرایی پیدا می‌کنند و به بلور‌های سلولز II تبدیل می‌شوند در نهایت با ایجاد نانو ساختار یکنواخت، محصول مقاوم و با قابلیت پشت‌نمایی حاصل می‌شود. کاهش بلورینگی سلولز بر اثر انحلال منجر به افت پایداری حرارتی نانوکاغذ نسبت به کاغذ معمولی می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {زیست‌سازگار,انحلال جزئی,شفافیت چشمی,لینتر پنبه,نانوکاغذ}, url = {https://jwfst.gau.ac.ir/article_3665.html}, eprint = {https://jwfst.gau.ac.ir/article_3665_0cc0190f91d724a98789d0ad874bb181.pdf} }
