The most important process that relate spatial pattern of seeding plants to the next generation is seed dispersal. Due to lack of information on acorns distribution in different locations of coppice oak forest in the fragmented middle Zagros, this research aimed to investigate Persian oak acorns distribution pattern in fragmented coppice stands and in different distances from sprouts sprout-clumps and also determining the relation between acorn distribution location (interior and edge of sprout-clumpss, deforested matrix around sprout-clumpss, and abandoned field) and susceptibility to diseases.Material and methods: The study area located on Kakareza forest catchment, 45 km far from north east of Khoramabad. The Persian oak is the dominant tree species in this forest. In order to sample dispersed acorns, a 1,000-m transect was drawn at the boundary zone between the forests and the abandoned field and 40 perpendicular lines with random lengths, spaced 25 m from each other on this transect were extended. The acorns were sampled at plots of interior, edge and deforested matrix around the nearest patch to the end of perpendicular lines. The acorns also were sampled at the end of perpendicular lines in the plots of abandoned field. The collected acorns were classified to three categories (viable, aborted, and Infested by fungi). The infested acorns by fungi were sent to the laboratory to reconnaissance fungi taxa. Results: Results and conclusion: Based on the results nearly 85% of collected acorns in forest area were viable. Laboratory results showed that, the most important fungi species that infested acorns, belong to the Penicilium, Rhizopus, Alternaria, and Trichoderma genera. Although, no significant difference were seen in the weight, length, and diameter of acorns in the interior, edge and deforested matrix around sprout-clumpss locations, but there were significant differences in aborted and viable acorns in the three locations. The interior and the edge of sprout-clumpss comprise more acorns and viable acorns than the matrix around sprout-clumpss. There was no significant difference in infested acorns in the above mentioned locations. The interior and the edge of sprout-clumpss comprise more acorns and viable acorns than the matrix around sprout-clumpss. There was no significant difference in infested acorns in the above mentioned locations. Conclusion: These results reveal that forest fragmentation, has major effects on the presence and the pattern of acorn dispersers and consumer's distribution and resulted to limitation of dispersers’ activity. Therefore acorns were trans located to the distances from sprout sprout-clumpss. Due to reduction in the dispersers’ population size and activity, distribution of heavy acorns of the Persian oak near the sprout sprout-clumpss is expected. It is concluded that the anthropogenic disturbances that lead to deterioration of forest oak ecosystems is the most effective factor on acorn dispersion and the probability of successful regeneration decrease with the distance from sprout-clumpss owning to reduction in viable acorns.}, keywords = {acorn dispersion,forest fragmentation,acorn health,Kakareza}, title_fa = {بررسی الگوی توزیع و برخی مشخصات کمی و کیفی بذور بلوط ایرانی در جنگل‌های جست زاد زاگرس میانی}, abstract_fa = {سابقه و هدف: در اغلب گونه‌ها و به‌ویژه بلوط، موفقیت نسل بعدی گیاه بستگی به پراکنش بذور و استقرار آنها در مکان‌هائی دارد که در آنجا قادر به جوانه‌زنی و تولید گیاهچه‌های قوی باشند. پراکنش بذر مهم‌ترین فرآیندی است که ارتباط الگوهای مکانی گیاهان مادری و نسل‌های بعد آنها را مرتبط می‌کند. با توجه به نقش و اهمیت پراکنش بذور در موفقیت تجدید حیات و با توجه به تخریب-های ایجاد شده در جنگل‌های زاگرس در نتیجه فعالیت‌های انسانی وعوامل طبیعی، هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی الگوی توزیع و پراکنش بذور بلوط ایرانی در موقعیت‌های مختلف نسبت به جست‌گروه‌ بلوط در توده‌های جنگلی جست‌زاد تخریب یافته آن و تعیین ارتباط بین موقعیت توزیع بذور (زیرتاج درخت، حاشیه تاج، فواصل بین جست‌گروه‌ها و اراضی کشاورزی رها شده) و استعداد آنها به ابتلا به عوامل بیماری‌زا می‌باشد. مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر در جنگل‌های حوزه آبخیز رودخانه کاکارضا در 45 کیلومتری شمال شرقی شهرستان خرم‌آباد به اجرا درآمد، پوشش درختی غالب جنگل‌های این منطقه را بلوط ایرانی تشکیل می‌دهد. پس از تعیین منطقه مناسب جهت انجام پژوهش، ترانسکتی به طول هزار متر در حد واسط بین اراضی کشاورزی رها شده و جنگل مستقر شد و در فواصل 25 متری بر روی ترانسکت عمودهائی به طول تصادفی در هر دو منطقه بر این ترانسکت اخراج گردید. بذور پراکنش یافته در نزدیک‌ترین جست‌گروه به منتهی الیه عمودهای استخراج شده، در قطعات نمونه‌ای در زیر تاج‌پوشش، حاشیه تاج‌پوشش و فواصل بین جست‌گروه‌های جست‌زاد جمع-آوری و ثبت گردیدند. در منطقه کشاورزی رها شده نیز در انتهای عمودها قطعات نمونه پیاده گردید. بذور جمع‌آوری شده در سه گروه بذور سالم، نارس و بیمار طبقه‌بندی شدند و بذور بیمار جهت شناسایی عامل بیماری به آزمایشگاه انتقال داده شد.یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج در اراضی کشاورزی رها شده بذر قابل ملاحظه‌ای یافت نشد، اما 85% بذور سالم جمع‌آوری شده در منطقه جنگلی دارای قوه نامیه بودند. بررسی آزمایشگاهی بذور بیمار نشان داد که مهمترین قارچ‌های عامل بیماری بذور به جنس‌های Alternaria, Rhizopus, Penicilium و Trichoderma تعلق داشتند. بذور جمع‌آوری شده در نواحی زیر تاج‌پوشش، حاشیه تاج‌پوشش و فواصل بین جست‌گروه‌ها از نظر وزن، طول و قطر فاقد اختلاف معنی‌داری بودند، اما به لحاظ فراوانی بذور سالم و نارس بین سه موقعیت مورد بررسی اختلاف معنی‌داری مشاهده شد. به طوریکه در نواحی زیر تاج‌پوشش و حاشیه جست‌گروه‌ها نسبت به فواصل بین جست‌گروه‌ها بذور بیشتر و سالم‌تری مشاهده گردید، اما به لحاظ تراکم بذور بیمار، مناطق فوق اختلاف معنی‌داری را نشان ندادند. نتیجه گیری: بر اساس نتایج این پژوهش می توان بیان داشت تخریب‌های رخ داده در جنگل بر حضور و الگوی توزیع مصرف‌کنندگان و پراکنده‌کنندگان بذر آنها تأثیرگذار بوده و موجودات پراکنده‌کننده بذر در این جنگل‌ها، فعالیت محدودی دارند و بذور را تا فواصل کمتری از درختان مادری انتقال می‌دهند، در صورت کاهش جمعیت این موجودات و کمتر شدن فعالیت آنها، با توجه به سنگین بودن بذور بلوط، کاهش دامنه انتشار بذور بلوط قابل انتظار است. به طور کلی نتایج این پژوهش ما آشکار می‌کنند که تخریب و دخالت شدید در جنگل به دلیل تغییر شرایط محیطی و کاهش ثبات، مهم‌ترین عامل تأثیر گذار بر موقعیت پراکنش بذور بلوط می‌باشد. بنابراین می‌توان گفت که در جنگل‌های جست زاد زاگرس، با افزایش فاصله از مرکز جست‌گروه، در نتیجه کاهش توزیع بذور سالم، احتمال ایجاد زادآوری کاهش می‌یابد.}, keywords_fa = {: پراکنش بذر,تخریب جنگل,سلامت بذر,کاکارضا}, url = {https://jwfst.gau.ac.ir/article_3451.html}, eprint = {https://jwfst.gau.ac.ir/article_3451_604ed3f0750095afc896c5885afa5f9e.pdf} }
